I was on a vacation in the area and needed to do laundry - and so glad I did, because we became stuck due to cancelled flights later in the week! This laundromat is super clean, convenient, and fast. It took less than an hour to wash one decent-sized load due to their high capacity and efficient machines. They have everything you need including detergent pods for sale, and I even got a nice inexpensive laundry bag to transport my clean clothes back to the hotel. The attendant was very accessible and helpful to anyone with questions and the machines were all in perfect working order. It also appears to be a safe location and I felt safe the entire time. I came across this laundry / cleaners as I'm remodeling and was in need of washing our clothes. At first I was skeptical due to the fact that I'm very particular with cleaningless and using same washer for our intimate clothes etc.. But this place was immaculate and the lady at this place ( maggie) was soo friendly & showed all the different size washers she had and it made my laundry day & experience amazing. Went here today based on the recommendation of a friend to clean some bulky bedclothes. This place is too good to be true. It has washers and dryers of all sizes. The area is well maintained and the equipment looks like new. We were unsure as to which size machine we should use so I approached an attendant to ask for help. Karen introduced herself and took us to the right size machine and helped us get started. The whole process of washing and drying took less than an hour and the price was reasonable. read more

This place is amazing. Super clean, tons of machines and friendly employees. I've never been to a laundry mat as nice as this place. I had an oversized item that didn't fit in my washer so I brought it to Valentine and they washed it for me. From the minute I walked in until I picked it up and left, they were friendly, efficient and helpful. Everyone who worked there was constantly busy doing something (cleaning, helping others, straightening things up). No one sitting around not doing their job. The employees take pride in their job and in the store and it shows. I didn't use the machines, but I walked around to take a look in case I ever needed to use them. There are a ton of machines and they are all spotless. There's a great variety of sizes of washers to accommodate all load sizes. I will definitely use Valentine again. Thank you! read more

Super super experience! Very clean and best of service! I needed to use the coin machines and upon entry....greeted by the best, Margarita! She assisted me in selecting the appropriate machine and even put the coins in! Yes no credit cards, all coins so it takes a skill to input so many. She made me feel not only welcomed but without her help, I would of felt like a fool. Can't thank her enough for her kindnesses and smile. I will be returning if only to see how she's doing. Been to Valentine Laundry twice. First time the place was very clean. I was impressed. Today, my second time the place is dirty: grime/dirt on the floor, no AC so doors remain open, garbage can outside entrance is over flowing. Today is a Sunday so I'm guessing staff is less trained; just a thought. Correction to above; AC not allowed in a facility using natural gas; so circulation fans/blowers are used plus open doors on hot days. So I stand corrected regarding my above comments. Regarding floors Sunday is a peak use day so lots of foot traffic, folks bringing in food, dirt on shoes etc...so my above comments should be disregarded. read more

Normally I love this place, the ladies are helpful, friendly and overall awesome, but Management should not be permitting the OTHER CUSTOMERS to pull your laundry out the second the machine stops. On a busy Saturday they permit ONE LADY to use 15 YES 15 of the dryers at once!! As soon as a dryer was done she'd pull peoples items out and fill the dryer to capacity with her crap, when I left after only needing to wash and dry one load she had 16 of the 25 dryers to herself. Customers should NOT be immediately removing other customers items. ****Thank you for your timely, if ill informed response. I'd appreciate if you ( who were not even present at the time) DO NOT TELL ME, WHAT I WITNESSED WITH MY OWN EYES. The customer that had their clothing removed, said to me it's a good thing my clothing is dry or I would be incredibly upset. I have been coming here for past 6 months or so and for the most part had a decent experience. The place is typically clean and machines are well maintained. Staff however is not the most helpful. Today I used one of the larger machines at $4.50 per load. After about 2 mins after having started the cycle I realized I left out a couple of shirts. I hit the "stop" button because I saw no pause button. I added my two items and closed the door. To my surprise the machine was now asking me for another $4.50. I went to one of the staff members and explained what happened. She was like oh yeah you're not suppose to stop it. You should have come to me. I explained that I had no idea of that, since there were NO signs posted or on the machine. After posting the review I was contacted while still finishing my laundry. I very much appreciated Karen's response and willingness to correct the situation. Needless to say, Karen did a great job of addressing the problem and it was awesome that she contacted me immediately to remedy the issue. read more

My dryer FINALLY died in the middle of laundry day. I stopped in our neighborhood laundry to dry my items. Such a welcoming and clean atmosphere. Everything about Valentine Laundromat EXCELS! The place itself is spotless, spacious and kind of snazzy too (check out those cool protective edges on all the corners). I am a wheelchair user. I do most of my own laundry but sheets have gone beyond what I can do. So I am SO LUCKY to have the Valentine nearby to bring in my sheets to wash and fold: impeccable and always on time! I request no odor detergent and my request is granted. The wonderful Staff there has an especially shining Star: Iris: she is always cheerful and fun and she knows her stuff. This place gets what you went there for done, it's clean and pretty much what you would expect at a laundromat, my only grip is that there is no public restroom and I drink tons of water. The female staff member here seemed a bit moody on the day I went who's knows she must of had a lot of work to be done or maybe that was just her personality not too personal in a person service industry, Lol. Now I did bump into a very lively and happy female that I could only assume was the owner, she had a great big smile on her face and just had this Awesome Aura about herself. If you need to use the restroom while you are at this place you can go to the grocery store and use there public restroom that everyone uses and isn't the cleanest or the best smelling but hey at least your not peeing in a bush! Can't believe I'm reviewing a Laundromat ...but it was such a delightful experience, I must! All the positive reviews are spot on. It's clean, well lit, has plenty of wheeled carts for all the patrons, chairs to sit it while you wait, nice folding tables and much more. There are regular top load machines, 3x, 4x & 6x front loaders. All were working and looked to be in new condition. Entire back wall is lined with large dryers, so no waiting to finish up the chore. The change machine worked easily, and there is friendly, helpful staff there to assist you if needed. Boss needs to know that these employees are excellent and they are the reason I'll be back. I have found the PERFECT place for travelers and the residents in the valley! This business is so clean, AFFORDABLE with SO Many machines!! The staff is amazing! Iris was available to me for questions and was so hardworking and helpful. We have been here in town for a week golfing and badly needed a quick fast cleaning. The machines were about 26 minutes and there are change machines and supplies. Clean restroom available. They have drop off laundry they will do for you as well! Awesome!
