New nail salon - Atmosphere: friendly, calming, aesthetic, and I was not hurt during my mani + pedi! Huge win. Mani: I got baby blue gel nails and they look great. I have to have short nails due to my employment and something I liked is that the color looked solid yet not bulky. Very sleek. Pedi: salons tend to hurt me, but this one didn't - HUGE WIN. The process: the lovely employees did not rush, took their time and were not pushy with the packages they offer. I was given a complimentary drink and it was very refreshing. The owner came by and asked how everything is going and I complimented his lay out, design, and workers. He cared for feedback and is soft spoken. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. Before driving 30 minutes to this salon, I called around 5 PM and explained that all of the nails on my left hand had chipped and come off. I specifically asked about coming in today and was told, "Come in anytime, we close at 7." Based on that conversation, I drove all the way to the salon expecting to be seen. When I arrived, I was told I would have to wait 30+ minutes because they had taken walk-ins. When I explained that I wished I had been told there would be a lengthy wait before making the drive, I was told, "That was before we had walk-ins." That response was incredibly frustrating considering I had called ahead specifically to avoid this situation. I was then asked to come back the next day at noon, which did not work for me. When I said I would simply go somewhere else and leave a review about my experience, suddenly I was told they could see me in 15 minutes. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable giving this business my money. I politely said I would go elsewhere and walked out, and then an employee followed me outside to my car trying to get me to come back inside. I understand that salons get busy and walk-ins happen. My issue is the lack of communication and professionalism. If I had been told over the phone that there could be a long wait or that they could not guarantee they would have time for me, I would have completely understood and gone somewhere else. Instead, I wasted an hour round trip driving because I relied on what I was told. The entire interaction left a bad impression, especially because it seemed like accommodations were only offered once I became upset and said I would leave a review. I was expecting great service but such a disappointment, I went on Sunday & before I go I called to make sure if they are open. They says they closed @5 but still take me which they did. But was not happy with the service at all. They lady who did my pedicure she did okay but doesn't know any pressure point for the massage, but the guy who did my gel-ex nails not did what I asked for to do. First he messsd up with my nail shape & have to re-do my gel-ex but again doesn't know how to shape them & later on when I asked for the design totally different then what I asked for & the worse part is KEEP TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE. Not welcoming & drinks their offer not that great either. I will not recommend to anyone. The salon is so freaking fancy but for the service not good. NOT COMING BACK read more

I've been following them on TikTok and Instagram for a while and their work always looked amazing. John and Rosie did an incredible job on our toes they were so kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I went in for a pedicure at 4:40 PM and didn't leave until 7:00 PM--over 2 hours for a pedicure. The pricing is extremely misleading. The prices listed in their book are not what you're actually charged. As you can see from my receipt, I was charged much more, and the "20% off" promotion they advertise didn't match what I was billed. My nail tech, Katie, struggled to do a basic French tip. During the service, she cut my toe, never apologized, didn't complete the full massage that was included, and I was never offered a drink even though it's advertised as part of the experience. When I brought my concerns to the manager, the only response I received was, "Sorry." To make matters worse, I handed the technician $60 in cash, and she only gave me $4 back, which felt incredibly dishonest given everything else that happened. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. Between the misleading pricing, poor service, being cut, and the lack of customer care, I absolutely do not recommend this salon. read more

I went for a pedicure, and the staff was really kind. I didn't have an appointment, but as soon as I told them what I wanted, they did it right away, saving me time. A drink was offered to me, and it was really cool. I had a Sapphire pedicure, and I really enjoyed the cooling gel and heated cloth they used. The woman who did my nails looks amazing with color, and my toes seem incredibly tidy. The salon looks amazing, and I adore everything about it. I had a great day. I came in for a pedicure and full set of Gel X and I wasn't very happy with my experience, the salon is very pretty and they offered a discount for their opening which was nice but during my pedicure the technician used a old and used toe spacers, I only knew that because the toe spacer had paint on it and it wasn't clean!!! I wouldn't recommend coming here for a pedicure. read more
