For my full set manicure, I was taken care of by John and Tammy, who happen to be the owners. John started my set, and Tammy finished it off. Both of them are not only incredibly talented but also two of the most genuine, humble, and lovely people you could ever meet. To top off my visit, Tammy brought me over to the waxing area for my eyebrows and lip. I can honestly say this was hands-down the best waxing service I have ever gotten in my 29 years! My eyebrows look absolutely beautiful, and I could not love them more. As a new mom who just had a baby less than two months ago, I was so overdue for some pampering. I came twice to this lace seem cool the first time I had a full set hands and nails the second time was a fill, today o came and want new set so I had a removable and notice fungus on my left toe. I didn't have fungus before I came here I work in the medical field trust and believe I never had any fungus issue in my life. That means the last time they did your toes they did not disinfect correctly the materials they were using I didn't notice they but they brushes n a container but never change the liquid or whole time while new client are arriving. They still charge me $38 dollar for removing my nails as I refused to get them done there again discussing now I got to get treatment before getting my nails done again. read more

I've been going to John for about 2 years now for both my nails and pedicures, and he always does a great job! He's quick but still takes the time to make sure everything looks good. My nails always have a beautiful shape and are never thick or bulky. They look clean and well-shaped, but are still strong. I've never had problems with my nails lifting or breaking, and they always last really well. I also love how efficient he is. I'm usually done with my nails in about an hour, or around two hours if I get both my nails and a pedicure, which is perfect when you don't want to spend half the day at the salon. The salon itself is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. They also offer complimentary drinks, which is a nice extra touch. After going to John consistently for two years, I definitely recommend him if you want someone who is fast, consistent, and does quality nails that actually last! read more

I have to have short nails due to my employment and something I liked is that the color looked solid yet not bulky. Very sleek. Pedi: salons tend to hurt me, but this one didn't - HUGE WIN. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. Before driving 30 minutes to this salon, I called around 5 PM and explained that all of the nails on my left hand had chipped and come off. I specifically asked about coming in today and was told, "Come in anytime, we close at 7." Based on that conversation, I drove all the way to the salon expecting to be seen. When I arrived, I was told I would have to wait 30+ minutes because they had taken walk-ins. When I explained that I wished I had been told there would be a lengthy wait before making the drive, I was told, "That was before we had walk-ins." That response was incredibly frustrating considering I had called ahead specifically to avoid this situation. I was then asked to come back the next day at noon, which did not work for me. When I said I would simply go somewhere else and leave a review about my experience, suddenly I was told they could see me in 15 minutes. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable giving this business my money. I politely said I would go elsewhere and walked out, and then an employee followed me outside to my car trying to get me to come back inside. I understand that salons get busy and walk-ins happen. My issue is the lack of communication and professionalism. If I had been told over the phone that there could be a long wait or that they could not guarantee they would have time for me, I would have completely understood and gone somewhere else. Instead, I wasted an hour round trip driving because I relied on what I was told. The entire interaction left a bad impression, especially because it seemed like accommodations were only offered once I became upset and said I would leave a review. Pedicure for 2, it was so not worth it. $38 each, The gentleman said they had been open 2 months . You get a 4 min massage. He put a timer on to make sure he didn't go over the 4 min. Yes they offer you a beverage, we had a water and 7-up. But was not happy with the service at all. They lady who did my pedicure she did okay but doesn't know any pressure point for the massage, but the guy who did my gel-ex nails not did what I asked for to do. First he messsd up with my nail shape & have to re-do my gel-ex but again doesn't know how to shape them & later on when I asked for the design totally different then what I asked for & the worse part is KEEP TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I went in for a pedicure at 4:40 PM and didn't leave until 7:00 PM--over 2 hours for a pedicure. The pricing is extremely misleading. The prices listed in their book are not what you're actually charged. As you can see from my receipt, I was charged much more, and the "20% off" promotion they advertise didn't match what I was billed. My nail tech, Katie, struggled to do a basic French tip. During the service, she cut my toe, never apologized, didn't complete the full massage that was included, and I was never offered a drink even though it's advertised as part of the experience. When I brought my concerns to the manager, the only response I received was, "Sorry." To make matters worse, I handed the technician $60 in cash, and she only gave me $4 back, which felt incredibly dishonest given everything else that happened. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. Between the misleading pricing, poor service, being cut, and the lack of customer care, I absolutely do not recommend this salon. read more

SHADY! Don't go here, and if you do then Double check and ask what you are getting charged for!! Sent my mom and my daughter who is 9yrs old and my mom to treat them and my mom got a Fill and Chrome. The fill was supposed to be $40 and chrome is $12 which should've been $52. She was told $75 for hers and it said $75 on the screen she said when she was checking out! She was shocked but I had told her don't worry about the cost when they went so she didn't say anything and was still going to leave a $10 tip and saw it said $85. She paid my daughters in the cash that I had given her and that was $75 +tip which I'm not disputing because she had little designs and extra stuff put on and had the Gel X instead of the acrylic which is more but the fact my mom was blatantly over charged is what does not sit right with me and when I called and asked the man said they also charged her for fixing 3 nails that were lifting that the girl took off on her own and then suddenly told she wasn't charged the $75 after all and it was actually $62 when she knows exactly what the screen said they were charging her because when she left she text me right away to tell me how much it was and in her text she said they charged $75 each for her and $75 for my daughter. So they either assumed she wasn't going to tip and tried to include it on their own or they went back and adjusted the amount after I called attention to it. A drink was offered to me, and it was really cool. I had a Sapphire pedicure, and I really enjoyed the cooling gel and heated cloth they used.
