This is a place I go to a lot and enjoy. My kids love the food and service is always great. I like the food but don't love it, which is why it gets 4 stars. Food was very good and service was very fast, the problem that I had with this small pizza shop is that they write on the menus "prices may differ" but they don't tell you that everything on the menu is a different price than listed as well as the changed prices are almost a $2 difference than what is stated. As I've been warned many times, but I was starving so I caved, was not good. Asked for a tip while staring hard at me holding the iPad for a CARRY OUT? Food is always great. Spicy Philly and Gyro are very good and the pizza might be best in Bristol. The cheese garlic knots are also insane and I have a hard time not ordering them every time. I've always gotten good customer service and they are friendly every visit. read more

We just ordered pizza from here for the first time and it has a super funky smell and taste. Not sure if it's the cheese or crust, but it's disgusting tasting and smelling. It tastes like pizza you would buy at a bowling alley, if not worse. This was literally the worst pizza I've ever had. I'm a pizza lover and I can't even eat this. Extremely disappointed. read more

I would like to begin by saying the food is fantastic as always, however I did not receive what I ordered. When I brought this to the attention of the hostess I was met with a displeased look and annoyed attitude. She simply stated that what I had received was what was written down on the order slip so I must have orders the wrong thing. She then followed with "I'm sorry, hun". The lack of attention to customer needs, and continued attitude of the staff are the main reasons I won't be returning. In town for a fishing trip and we didn't want to grill so we decided to find a place to eat. We were craving italian. The mushrooms were good but the ranch was amazing. I walked in and was greeted by Garrett. It was a pleasant atmosphere. I even check the bathroom and it was spotless. I ordered The Valentino's Specialty Salad with the house made Italian dressing. About 3/4 of the way through the salad in comes the Veal Parmigiana with angel hair pasta. Great choice using marinara sauce! I enjoyed an ice cold coke with my dinner. Multiple time Garrett checked to see if everything was to my liking. I walked around and notice that they had deserts in a cooler which I did not see on the takeout menus. The cannolis caught my attention. Sense I've lived in Alabama I have not had a cannoli that tasted like one from New York. They were just right to taste but I think they should be made to order because the shell get soft over time. I luck out and they were crispy. I had a cup of piping hot coffee great pairing with the cannoli, I was told the eggplant parmigiana was awesome. I was not able to get it because they were out but I look forward to trying it on my next visit. Yes; there will be a sequel. To end out my review I would give them 5 stars, The establishment was clean, the staff was welcoming, the food's taste, portion size, temperature, and the value was exceptional. I love the food from Valentino's. I find that it always tastes fresher and arrives correctly more often from the King College location than the Parkway. I have had salads, spaghetti, and the sampler from here and find them all to be made with high-quality ingredients and with large portions. It's a little pricey, but the food is ultimately worth it! read more

Relocating to Bristol, wanted to find pizza delivered that was not from a chain (We like to support local.) Apartment is, at most, 4 minutes from this location. It took 1 hour and 41 minutes for us to get our Cold pizza. This place has to get its act together as far as delivery. Pizza was good. Would love to try it fresh and hot as intended. Will give them another chance before we look elsewhere for more prompt delivery. read more

The pizza was pretty good but the size of the pizza was disappointing considering the price. Ordered online and I noticed they forced an extra 10% tip on me without my permission. Why should I have to tip if I drive to the restaurant and go inside and pick up the pizza? Will just go to Ed's pizza next time. read more
