    Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich

The customer service for takeout was great! But the quality and care of the food by the cook - really? This is what you serve? The eggs are place in one corner of the sandwich! I had to deconstruct and remake it so that I don't just get bites of bread for over half of the sandwich. Prepared with laziness. Take pride in your craft- Do Better!!

So easy to park and comfy vibe. I got the open face tuna melt (didn't come with sides, just two English muffins with tomato, two heaping scoops of tuna and cheese on top). I was pleasantly full at the end so turns out to be a good thing it doesn't come with sides. Service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely return

This is the largest Yours Truly locations I've been to! The coffee was great and the food was also so hot. Very classic diner breakfast, with large portions! Our server always made sure our coffee cups were full and kept us updated on the status of our order.

The service was excellent, the staff was so kind and friendly and chatted with me while I waited for the arrival of my friend. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious. The sweet potato fries were delectable.

Recently stopped in at the crack of dawn to grab a bite Solo before an appointment. I had waitress Annaka she was such a doll. Although, she stayed super busy the entire time, there was absolutely nothing lacking in proper service. I was solo and she was more than happy to offer a booth without me asking. I had some toast and loaded hash browns. I also got some orange juice. It appeared to be fresh squeezed so good. I will say it is a bit overpriced for what you receive. However, I'm more than happy to have an early morning option.

I got a scrambled egg, has brown, bacon, sausage, ciabatta skillet mix with peppers and onions. It was pretty good, nothing amazing but I would get it again. The portion size was good. I also got a mimosa and coffee. Coffee was typical diner coffee and the mimosa was fine but they used pulp in their orange juice which I didn't love, but that's my preference. The service was average but the place is nice. It gets pretty busy. They have good hours which is why we like coming here. I heard the bloody Mary's were good but I don't try them because I'm not a fan typically. I wouldn't get the coffee again.

Casual, family style restaurant fits the description. The staff were not super nice, but our server was pleasant. Burger is a good size, but not a lot of flavor. The sliders were good with everything on them. I did like the hummus. Prices were a little bit higher than the quality of food.

Talk about sticker shock!! Over priced breakfast place. $3 for coffee $10 for 2 pancakes?? Kma!! Everything here is over 10 bucks and I mean EVERYTHING. I got the sunrise because the 10 buck breakfast includes the $3 coffee!! Budget travelers stay away!!

The service here is well enough and the food is always comforting. Going during the winter is a family tradition.

Service was not good. Had to ask for water three separate times. Bathrooms and both entrances are filthy.

It's a dinner and it's fine. Nothing to write home about, but like, not bad. We stopped in since it was on the way into Cleveland for us.

I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. I ordered the Sweet Jalapeño Sandwich: an English muffin piled with jam, bacon, an egg cooked over medium, and cheddar, served with home fries. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

We haven't seen these friends in a bit so we were kinda eating and lounging and talking. We ordered the original corn beef to split the regular size and we got the homade potato and cole slaw. Our guests got the corn beef as well and potato pancakes as their side. One liked the potato pancakes and one did not. They are mash potato consistency not shredded. I tasted they were ok to me. The potato salad and cole slaw were both good. Better choice. The corn beef actually looked smaller than usual. It was good but I thought it had been larger in the past. Maybe not anymore. Service was good. Food came out on time. This is a good place to go. Prices are a bit high but it's a deli. You can do what we did and split the sandwich. It enough food. Bar is nice. The patio is nice too. It's a good space and they even have a party room if you want to rent it out. Slymans is an institution. We will be back at some point again.

The first course was complimentary breads with olive tapenade. The breads were so rustic and delicious. The olive tapenade was a great dipping sauce. For appetizer, I got fried calamari. It was a modern Italian twist. The fried calamari was so tender. It had light breading. It was fried together with olives, sun dried tomatoes, sliced shiitake mushrooms and some basils. It was so good that I kept eating it. For entrees, I got the bone-in CAB ribeye. It was cooked medium rare. The steak was juicy, tender and had a little bite to it. The asparagus was great in the dish. However, I was not too keen on crispy potatoes with Gorgonzola cheese. The cheese kinda made the potatoes a bit salty. I didn't enjoyed it at all. The beef short rib was another entree I tried as well. It was tender but the flavor was not deep and complex. Overall, the restaurant did a good job with the food. I would come back if I am ever in the area.
