My car broke down in front of this shop. It needed a new fuel pump, the shop said they could do it or that they would look at it. If I would bring it in. I said I'm right in front of your shop can you just help me push it in your driveway. The answer was no but they were car tow truck for me. Wow no customer service whatsoever. If they have a car in their parking lot that doesn't run how do they get it in their shop they have to push it in there but they wouldn't push it from right in front of the shop for a customer. The owner is a rip-off artist who consistently argues with his customers. All the customers I've seen were not happy and he would tell them that they were stupid. Do yourself a favor. The absolute worst! It was about 4:30pm. I went to have my front passenger side rotors looked at. The owner comes back and tells me I need to replace both rotors on each side and replace brake pads and have the brakes flushed. So I wait until 6:00pm (closing time) & they said it was complete. So I leave, as I'm driving off I hear squealing like sound. I turn around and head back, because I leave for Hawaii the next day and I am about to drive 2,000 miles to LA to have my car shipped. I tell the old man what sounds I'm hearing, so he test drives it by himself. Then calls in the young mechanic who seemed like he was more worried about getting off work than working on vehicles. Kid shows up, and says no nothing is wrong with it. So I trust these guys that the sound would go away. Now I'm in Hawaii and my brakes sound worse. Even the rotors sound like they are grinding. Worst car repair service we've ever experienced. After spending nearly $2000 over 6 months at THIS shop. Then we just spend $400 at another shop who helped us tremendously... explained what was going on and showed how the shocks were put back in incorrectly cause tons of other issues. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The owner is worthless and argues with his customers and doesn't give a tip about customer service and insuring his shops work. They use crap products too and charge outrageous prices. They'll never get another dime out of me and my family. I hope the owner sees this and is ashamed of the scam shop he's running. Manager was rude and unwilling to help correct the problem with my mother's car. He argued with me for 10 minutes over simply balancing tires that she had purchased a warranty for, and claimed I didn't know what I was talking about. He then proceeded to yell at me and say he didn't have to work on the car if he didn't want to (typical move of great shops). Made sure to throw in he'd been doing this since 1976, I'm so smart... etc, etc. Total disrespect. I walk in to the establishment. I'm greeted by a man at the counter, I ask him if he does repair to A/C? He said he does. I go on to tell him i have had some previous work on the car and that it's not quiet working properly. I told him i want to get it working right. He says i won't touch it, take it back to who started the job. 1. I came here for service not for you to tell me who to take my car to get worked on 2. If your open for business, and you repair A/C, why are you denying me service before you even look at my car? Then you go on to say that since some parts are new that you can't help me because you want to be able to sell me all the parts? So now your admitting to scamming ppl for their money? Funny thing is i have done some corporate business here when i was dressed in a suit and tie for one of my company vans. I returned a flat tire which I had used as a spare. They had repaired a leak at the bead 3 months earlier. I was rotating my tires and discovered the spare was flat from a leak in the valve stem. I explained the issue and they repaired the tire with no questions for free. This is a small shop and they stand behind their work. read more

I have had multiple cars in the last several years that I have taken to Valero. I feel that I have been treated honestly, which is why I continue to go there. I did have an issue that was difficult to identify and had to bring it back a few times to get it fixed, but there was no charge after the initial repair.
