I thought this meant I'd get 45 cents change, but instead they rounded up to the nearest DOLLAR and gave me no change. My receipt called this a "donation." This is theft! It may just be $.49 cents but how much does it add up to across all their customers? This is unacceptable and I want this made right. I've filed a corporate complaint as well. This was my first time visiting this new location, and will be the LAST if Panda Express and/or the location's management does not rectify this immediately.
