First let me say I was nervous about this. I had a lot of questions and was very confused about the whole thing.Flyer Said walk ins welcome so I walked in about 3 pm after I got off work. There was 2 people ahead of me. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable, she answered all the questions I had and really put me at ease about the whole thing. Was asked to fill out some paperwork. By the time I was done with my paperwork, I was next. The visit with the Dr was very fast. I was in and out within 15. He answered all my questions and all my fears were put to rest! I paid $65 for new patient price which was quite low as the other clinics prices I saw were at least $100+ I was in and out in about 30 minutes. After I left I immediately went to a dispensary two blocks down and had my medicine within the hour. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their card. I have been a MMJ patient for years in WA first then CA. This is not the nicest looking place on the outside or the inside That does not really matter at all to me. What I care about is Record Keeping, Compassionate understanding employee's and how hard it is to go for a visit. The waiting time was not long because it's a small office and less-known than others. It seamed to me they were in 100% Compliance according to any recent changes that I am aware of. Anyway my visit was simple and I even got to see them find an old mans MMJ Info from about 4 years ago. That is something they must do btw. I chose to come here instead of 420 Oakland Evaluations due to the long wait and unavailability of parking in Oakland. This was one of the best decisions in my life as there was no one else in the waiting room on Friday! They even match competitor's pricing! The female receptionist was very friendly and answered all of my specific questions after filling out the medical history form. After that I was interviewed by the professional doctor via Skype video chat, which is stored somewhere ahem on NSA and various other letter agency servers. I was very pleasantly surprised by this MMJ Evaluation Office. I went there on a Sunday afternoon for a renewal. I wasn't feeling well, and the two local offices I've used previously were closed. So, yay, this one was open! I made an appt online. I was surprised at how fast my visit went. It took me longer to fill out the forms than for my appt with the doctor who had a good bedside manner and the office manager, who btw, was very efficient. The office was clean. My friend told me about this place. i made an appointment over the phone and when i came in I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I had to bring some medical records with me and as soon as I filled out a form I met with the doctor and got my evaluation for 12 months! this was my first evaluation and I am very pleased with it. This place is great. I was in and out. The secretary and doctor were extremely friendly,helpful and professional. They have a parking lot in the back so you don't have to worry about your car when your in there. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is great, they talk to you about anything not just why your there.this is the best office visit i have ever had, and its my third one. so if you want a great experience go see dr. suter.The wait time here is 5 to 10 minutes after you fill out your paperwork so u cant beat it in my opinion. You just fill out a form, about agreeing to common sense statements, like don't smoke in your car, etc. The second half you check off your ailments.
