Got my alignment here since I noticed my tires were unevenly wearing and the steering wheel was off. The owner did the alignment by himself. It was done but my car still came out with my steering wheel crooked. Owner said it was because my car was old and had a lot of mileage. My car is from 2011. Plus that is not even a reason he couldn't give a proper alignment. He even admitted that the wheel was not centered. When I asked what else it could've been, he just repeated the same thing- that it was old and had a lot of mileage. That said, I didn't get my money back. Trying to go through the bank to dispute it. I have went a few times to this shop for tires and he has really great prices along with 90 day payment plan. I also went to him for a tune up, he was very fast and did a good job. I was shopping around for used tires for my commuter car, found golden tires and wheels very reasonable and cheaper than the other used tire places. Shakeel the owner promised my car will be ready within an hour and sure enough it was. Mean while I had them check my brakes and replace the brake pads. Theyre really a one stop shop. Had a great experience here when me and my husband came to to get a used tire and get another tire patched because it had a nail in it on my 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid EX... and of course the piece to unlock my tires was no where to be found...the guys were so helpful and informative when I was worried about not being able to unlock my tires or having to have them break the bolts...they assured me nothing would be damaged so that made me feel much better ....the owner even went out of his way and went to go to the auto store to purchase a part they needed specifically for my car....he didn't need to do that...so my husband was so appreciative and amazed at him doing that....this place is good and I'm glad we came here...I did not feel like they were just trying to make a buck which usually happens when I have to have anything done to my car...I felt like they were helpful and genuine...we definitely will be back to get the other 2 tires replaced and for any other tire needs we may have in the future. read more

You want to talk about trash service then look no further then here. Went to get new tires from them and installed. Upon day of installing them I asked if they had a lug lock remover , they said they did. Only later to find out they were using a chisel to brake them loose. 20 mins later on the last wheel I go to look what's the issue on getting the last tire on and the " employee" had gouged my wheels and dug into them instead of just saying it wouldn't be able to be done or they couldn't do it‍. Now one of my rare 82 GT BBS wheels is beat. Will never go here again worst business ever , definitely should second question these guys since it seems no one there is a certified technician or a mechanic by trade; or even equal to anything like that . Literally just a bunch of guys who work out of shop. Again worst service ever beware if you go here and wishing I could get a refund. Manager/Owner of the shop can also be rude , customer service rating is lower then 0. straight if it could get 0 it's definitely got a FAT one stamped! read more

It took them 5 hours to put 4 used tires on my Chevy Tahoe. The next day I was driving down the highway and hear a weird sound...my tire was not tightened down the lug nuts were so loose there was metal shavings!!!! They could have killed someone!!! I'm disgusted I even came here. read more
