Do no believe 1-star reviews from the unreasonable people. Valley Athletics a reputable company who has been in business since 2009. Small family owned businesses have growing pains and can have employees that wear multiple hats. For all that they offer and do, they do it as well, if not better than their larger national competitors. I know them to be honest and hard working folks. They are innovative and forward thinking people. If you take the time to read about their lead times and backorder policies you would understand the time it takes to receive custom items. In fact, they are quicker and more responsive than their main competitors. I have extensive knowledge of how the team dealer and decorated apparel industry works and based on the reviews I have read, they sound very 1-sided and not at all how I know this company to operate. A lot of times people have unrealistic expectations on how much time it takes to produce custom apparel. The team store I purchased from has comprehensive notes explaining the entire process and what to expect. It saddens me to see 1-star reviews for a company that is small but mighty and works very hard to provide the best service and products possible. I know Valley Athletics to have integrity which is known to some of the top apparel and headwear suppliers in the country. If they were truly 1-star worthy they would not still be around and have partnerships with name brand suppliers. They are also All-Star accredited in the National Sporting Goods Association. If your company or team is looking for custom gear, then Valley Athletics should be your go-to. read more

Very disappointed with this company, as they do not fulfill their promise on delivery. A group of nurses bought t shirts to wear for "superhero day", and it was sad that we didn't get the shirts in time for this day, and as you can imagine, the pediatric patient population was sad. We placed an order for 18 shirts and confirmed with the company that they would have then delivered in time for this, as it was plenty of time prior to the date. The company refused to even reimburse shipping or even partial order. We will not be ordering from this company ever again, as they donor cooperate nor communicate with their clients. Ordered two pairs of shoes to be shipped w/in 10 days as stated on the receipt. After two weeks I began calling leaving 5 messages without a return phone call. In all cases I was very polite. On day twenty-two I made call number 6 and was told they would ship in a couple more days. They didn't even offer to expedite the shipping to make up for their poor customer service. On the website they show their bios and individual phone numbers, but when you call the voicemail is full. This is usually a good indicator or customer service problems. Do NOT TRUST this company. We ordered hundreds of dollars of product from this company for an event. Valley Athletics did not deliver the product by promised delivery date (items arrived nearly two weeks after delivery date), which was after our event. Then they refused to refund the purchase and we lost hundreds of dollars. The staff at Valley Athletics were unprofessional and unhelpful. Oh boy. I actually signed up for Yelp to write this review. I order three things back in February for a school team. Nothing huge, just a sweatshirt, a batting cage jacket, and a t-shirt. In about a month, the cage jacket and the t-shirt arrive, just as they said. On the website, they had said that the sweatshirts take a few extra weeks so I gave them a nice long grace period, to about the beginning of April. I call them at that time and find out that it will be on my doorstep in a week. Two weeks later, nothing. Call again, they now say that there was a mess up in the shipping but no worries, because it will ship in two days. Now it is early May and I call them one last time. This time, the person tells me that if I wanted the type of sweatshirt that I ordered, I would need at least 12 people from my team to order it for them to make a profit. Very apologetic, tells me that they will refund my money. However, there was no warning on the website that said this information. Furthermore, I had two other people tell me that they were in possession of the item, and who didn't tell me that they hadn't even made my order. Lastly, if I hadn't called them about this, I would not be getting my money back. They would have taken my $65 and hoped that I would forget about it. This company is a scam. This company does not have any sense of right and wrong. No customer service skills whatsoever. I accidentally ordered a sweatshirt with the wrong number on the back. Noticed right after I submitted my order and emailed them right away to have it changed. When the order finally came in a month later the sweatshirt had the wrong number on it and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. My son could either wear the sweatshirt with the wrong number or nothing because they "can't" print just one sweatshirt. Come to find out they CAN print one sweatshirt it would just cost them $80 in printing fees and they weren't willing to eat that cost for getting my order wrong. The guy basically told me it was my own fault and just to be nice he would give me a refund. That's great and all but I still don't get the sweatshirt that I ordered. I will never do business with them again. I would rather pay more and be treated with respect than deal with these people again. read more
