Took my truck to the Spokane shop to have them look at an issue with my windshield and they didn't charge me anything for the work that was done. It was very close to closing time and they were OK with bringing my truck into their shop and they were also OK with having a group of about 4 guys take care of it right then and there. Also, my son's car needed a new rear window installed but needed a temporary plastic cover until the car was able to get into their shop or get into the shop that my insurance company recommended. The shop installed the cover without asking for any $, even if the car wasn't going to come back to get the work done there. Things turned out that my insurance company's rec was not good, so we got the work done at Grizzly and it was great, timely and equal to the other shop's price. Big thanks to you Grizzly! My little brother and I were visiting a store next to Grizzly Glass on Trent, after we parked right under the sign for the store we were going too we were approached by an employee or manager of Grizzly Glass he stated we need to move our truck out of his parking lot, mind you the parking lot only had one other vehicle with mostly open spots. He continued to rudely explain why we can't park here and if we did not move our truck was going to get it. After we moved the truck to a spot of his liking he followed us into the store to yell at the receptionist because of where we parked. My little brother then asked what his deal was and why he was so upset, he told my little brother to F*** off and then left. I can only imagine how they treat people that use their services. I called today to get an estimate on an rv windshield and the receptionist was so rude! I asked if they do rv windshields her response: "well you going to tell me anything about the vehicle or?" I went here to repair 3 rocks chips in my vehicle front windshield - I was quoted $35 for that - later I came back and the employee that took my keys to move vehicle into bay to repair chips - came out and I said I wanted to show him the rock chips I wanted replaced - and he grumbled "Yeah I guess if you want to" To which I replied Uhhh - yes I would like to show you the chips I would like repaired - is that a problem... and he said I guess not. So after he repaired only ONE - of the 3 chips I asked to repair - he said he could not repair the one in the middle I just got last week - and I made sure to tell him I just got it last week - he said he even drilled a hole in it to see if it would take the repair - and maybe it had been a repair attempted before - and I said I just got it last week from a truck in front of me. He shrugged and said he couldn't repair it - well after looking at the chip in the middle of window - there is now a HOLE DRILLED in it - and it is much worse than before - so I was not happy and when they charged me they charged me $39.95 no the $35 I was quoted earlier and I asked if there was tax - and they said no it was just a flat fee - and I mentioned I was quoted $35 by the manager earlier right in front of them and they shrugged and rudely said "It's $39.95" So I will NEVER return to this LYING business that damaged my window by drilling a hole in it that they did NOT Even repair the hole drilled. Lying - incompetent and rude. I will drive to Coeur d"Alene next time for any window repairs I need - I will NEVER go back to this business that lies and damages my window. read more

This is by far a wonderful and helpful company. Steve, the owner was great and got back to me when I had a question. We replaced old, etched glass in a 3 panel window. Robert came out to measure and then a few days later to install. I have not met such a person with a awesome and professional work ethic. When he pulled into our driveway, he put cardboard down because he said the truck sometimes had a leak. Who does that these days? He worked diligently as it was definitely a labor intensive job. I have had two windshields and two side windows replaced by Grizzly and am a very satisfied customer. Every one that works there is friendly, courteous and they just do a great job. We had one windshield that turned out to be a lemon--first it leaked at the top seam and then it had a stress crack less than four weeks after installation. Grizzly replaced it at no cost to me and it's in perfect condition. They have both an off-site van service and their own shop. I love the convenience of being able to call and have a technician come to my home and repair it instead of going through the hassle of driving it somewhere and then waiting for the replacement to be finished. I also find their pricing incredibly competitive. When our van was broken into and the side window destroyed I did my homework and called around town but no one beat the price, speed and convenience of Grizzly Glass. read more

Can't say enough good things about Shawn and his crew at Grizzly Glass. Recently we were in the middle of a 2500 road trip when the drivers front sliding window in our RV shattered. After a half a dozen calls to RV centers and other glass companies who couldn't help with the situation I got a hold of Shawn. He offered up an inexpensive but effective quick fix to get us back on the road. Upon arrival at the shop it was all hands on deck. Everyone stopped what they were doing and got right to work on our RV, removing the broken frame, taking measurements and even vacuuming up all the broken glass. They had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes and charged us what I felt was an extremely reasonable price. Needless to say we were very impressed with the service. Grizzly Glass saved the day!! We bought a '59 travel trailer and one of the small windows broke on our maiden voyage. With impending rain, we ran to Lowes to get a quick fix, but that involved an expensive sheet of plexiglass (most of which would be wasted). My bf called these guys on a whim and gave them the measurements, (an uncommon thickness and length) that lowes does not stock - and they said they thought they could help us. We drove over and they already had it cut and ready. Being relatively unfamiliar with our new trailer, they even came out and helped us troubleshoot the installation- and they found a way for us to improvise brackets (which they gave us materials for) to hold it in place.
