ZERO STARS IF I COULD. PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE…read more I strongly caution anyone against using this Take 5 location on Sullivan. We drove approximately 4,000 miles from out of state to Washington to do catastrophe work and help communities affected by the wildfires. Before leaving home, we had our oil changed at a trusted shop we have used for years with no issues. After arriving in Washington, my oil-change reminder came on, so I stopped at Take 5 on Sullivan for what should have been a simple oil change. About an hour later, we were told there was a problem with the oil drain plug. They initially suggested the previous shop may have caused it. However, we had driven approximately 4,000 miles with no oil leak or problems whatsoever. The employee who worked on my vehicle told us, "When I took the plug out it came out smoothly, and when I went to put it back in I was met with resistance." Which means when he went to put the plug back in he messed it up and stripped the threads. If it came out smoothly then he messed it up going back in. Common sense! We were then told Take 5 would arrange a rental car, pay for the tow, and cover the repair. We relied on what we were told. Then, after the tow truck arrived, the story suddenly changed. We were told they would not pay for a rental and would only cover the repair if we used their mechanic. At that point, our vehicle was already sitting on a tow truck. Given the conflicting information we had received, we did not feel comfortable allowing them to take our vehicle to a mechanic they selected. We paid for the tow ourselves and took it to a mechanic we trusted. Our mechanic inspected the vehicle and told us the oil drain plug had been cross-threaded/stripped during installation. We also have the damaged plug in our possession. Even more concerning, Take 5 later provided photographs of what they claimed was our oil drain plug, but the plug pictured did not match the plug we actually have. What should have been a routine oil change left us with a vehicle that was not safely drivable, an unexpected tow bill, additional expenses, and an insurance claim. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this business. I am sharing this so other consumers can make an informed decision before handing over their vehicle. Document everything. Take pictures. Keep your receipts and parts. And if something doesn't seem right, trust your instincts. We will also be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau and pursuing the appropriate avenues regarding the damage and expenses. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE AGAIN.

Installed an Infinity Sliding Patio Door with four layers of low e and sound reduction and a hemlock wood trim. Clean installation despite having to cut into the ceramic file floor by using professional protection covering. Also was only a half a day to install. Mike and Ken did a great job all around and came out a few weeks later to replace a bowed screen door and a marred cover piece, and now it looks perfect. Well worth the price but also a reasonable price considering the quality product and installation. Can highly recommend this company and the personnel as a high quality company that really does care about its customers. They are trustworthy and very professional, and Marvin stands behind its products. Michele LaBelle

These folks just aren't trustworthy in my opinion. We ordered two banks of expensive Marvin windows…read moreback in February 2026 to replace some contractor-grade windows in our 2005 spec-home in North Spokane. We intend to start replacing a bank of windows every six months or a year. NW Window came out to measure and then we ordered the windows. It took five months to get them - which is fine, as I understand that they're custom built, and that takes time - and then NW Window tried to install them. The installers were great, but they quickly noticed that the upstairs windows were fine, but the legacy trim could not be reused with the downstairs bank of windows. The person who had measured the windows back in February did not catch that there was a difference in trim depth between the upstairs and the downstairs. The next thing I received from NW Window was a quote for an additional almost $2K (plus even more for staining) to rebuild the window trim. This was on top of a sale of windows that was almost $24K. I get that no one is perfect, but you need to own your mistakes. NW Window, on the other hand, simply blamed the original contractor of our home for having inconsistent trim depth and is trying to shift the cost of their mistake to me. I will definitely look for a different window supplier in the future and will note to the window manufacturer, Marvin, that it should look for a more conscientious reseller in the Spokane, Washington area. Please note the ragged, more-than-3/8" gap in the trim on the picture below. It's sort of amusing that NW Window includes the following on the bottom of its invoices: "The bitterness of POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE is remembered long after the sweetness of a LOW PRICE is forgotten. Thank you for your business." They should read their own documents, as this was definitely an example of very POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE.
