The lady at the office minimized my issue, was rude and had a unpleasant attitude, which is crazy because her house wasn't trashed with sticky floor cleaner, cheap air spray and old stuff from a vacuum sprayed all over the floor. When I was honestly conveying what happened she dismissed me. Refunded me $10 and said they didn't want to do business with me anymore . WHICH IS CRAZY!!! AFTER I GAVE THEM 3 CHANCES????? They didn't even relay me with this information they reached out my mother??? Even though the litter box was kept one room, it permeated through the entire house and there was no escaping the odor, you could even smell it when approaching the house. I called Smell Fresh Arizona based off their Yelp reviews and I am so happy that I started here because it was a much simpler and cheaper resolution. They did in fact get rid of the any trace of the odor. They also opened the refrigerator while treating the house and it also removed the normal odor fridges retain when unplugged. She left abruptly without a word - didn't check in, didn't say she was done, and forgot her tip. Just walked out the door while I was upstairs waiting for her to tell me she was done. The real problem: My brand new $300 AirPod Pros went missing after her visit. I've spent 10+ hours searching every inch of my house over the past week--drawers, couches, car, pockets, under furniture--and they're gone. I live alone and keep close track of my belongings. I have the case but the AirPods inside vanished. Given how she rushed out and barely did the job, I'm almost certain she took them when they were out of the case - either on my desk or nightstand. To the company's credit, they sent a second cleaner the next day who was phenomenal and completed everything the first missed. They were professional and responsive and got the tip I had for the first cleaner. I can't give a good review when I needed a second visit to get basic service AND my expensive property disappeared. Obviously can't prove theft, but the timing is hard to ignore.
