I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

Our floors had just been demo's except for some rooms that had dust from removing popcorn debris. The floors with the popcorn debris were incredibly dusty after the water dried up after the left. It was clear the just moved a mop around but didn't try to actually get the dirt off the floor. We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

She also refuses to let her housekeepers clean based on the homeowner's requests; they are only allowed to stick to a very basic light cleaning for the price. If I need anything not on Kanika's list, she will charge you an extra $100 even if it takes the same amount of time as any other items. I stayed a monthly customer for 2 years because of Rosa (not Kanika) and then when Rosa was on vacation and Kanika was covering for her, Kanika no-showed for my cleaning 2 times in a row! Then she tells me by text, at the last minute, she is no longer able to service my house anymore. No reason and no apology or offer to refer me elsewhere. Unprofessional.
