I was waiting while Levi spoke to another customer, he was on the computer sharing costs of parts with her from the supplier and gave her a quote for work, she said another garage quoted her double, she was pleased and scheduled the work to be done. My car was badly infested with rodents. They had nested in the back seat, all filters, the spare…read moretire compartment, the engine (droppings through the engine compartment) and even the glove compartment. It was unsafe because the filters, including the cabin air filter were covered with rodent urine and droppings. Mike removed and cleaned the nests from the back seat, replaced all the filters and cleaned the car inside and out, including steam cleaning the engine. it was a difficult job, but the car is now pristine--and safe!

My car has…read morelong been overdue for cleaning...and in my mind..was simply so filthy from all the dust and fur from frequent rides and shuttling my dogs to places! While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently). But..when I saw my car after they cleaned it...WOWWWW is an understatement. I think it looked even much better than when I bought my car used/secondhanded from an online marketplace! The owner Anthony (#1) was also just as pleasant to talk to as Anthony (the guy who led cleaning of my car!. I would definitely love to use this business again when I need my car cleaning shenanigans done. They do a lot of things based on my conversation with them...regular cleaning, dog/dust cleaning, hazmat cleaning, etc. Talk to them and see what may suit you. Stopped in for a back window replacement after some losers broken into my car in the crime loving…read morecity, and honestly after having my morning start off with a disaster the team at safelite was able to get me back on the road in no time. The window looks great and it's been a few months since the work was done and I haven't had a single issue with it. I think they do a great job and the cost is worth the hassle that can come from using other places in town which I've unfortunately had to experience but I would absolutely recommend Safelite every time!

I took my truck and left. I called the owner and let him know what happened. The owner met me at my house to look at it. Long story short, the damage was not too severe and my truck was able to be polished out and he ordered me a new fender flare for my truck. He also detailed my truck for free. It was a hassle to deal with but overall my truck was fixed. Could happen anywhere you go.
