Every time I asked for an update, I was told something different, either another part needed replacing or they were still waiting on one. When I finally got the car back, it still wasn't right. I've now had to bring it to another shop just to fix what they messed up. The alignment was fine for most of that time until Sanchez replaced the lower control arm. After that, the tie rod was stripped and had to be replaced. When I finally got a real alignment done, the tech had to tighten every bolt Sanchez touched. He actually pulled me aside thinking I had tried to do the suspension work myself. Honestly, I wish I had. Now I've found out they installed the wrong size strut altogether. At this point, I really just wish they had said they weren't qualified to do the job instead of risking my safety and wasting half a year of my time.
