Plumber Tim came over to install a kitchen sink faucet, (29Aug 2024) he told me that the sink is not level therefore the new faucet will not be either but what he did not do is to ensure that the faucet is level to the sink just like the old one he removed. The plate of the faucet is not flushed to the sink and tried to put sealant so that the water will not go under the sink area. 4 Sep 2024 I called Leo (office person) to ask if they can come back and just to remove the plate from the faucet and tighten it up from underneath. He said yes they can do that. On 14 Oct 2024 was my appointment for them to come between 8-11am. I started to call the office at 10am Leo told me that the plumber Tim was running late and he should be there soon. I called at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm left messages and I never heard from them even until now 10 Nov 2024 I tried calling and all I get to do is leave a voicemail. I will never do business with this company ever again! And I advise that you don't either. It's hard enough these days to earn money and pay for bad service. Don't call this company! Yes Plumbers referred by Lowes! Don't trust Lowes and don't trust YES Plumbers they replaced my Hot Water Tank Gas 50 gallons with AO Smith Signature 100 charged $3,210. One of the Plumbers showed me three different tanks and prices with different warranties. The lowest was $3,210. I should have kicked them out! I didn't get the psychology til later? The tank cost $670 but I didn't know that! I should have had my daughter with me. I am going to take them to small claims court. Its crazy you can't trust anyone they just don't care. read more

This company was supposed to show up at our house last Thursday at 5 PM and their technician showed up at four and left a note on the door saying nobody answered the door. There was six people in the house and a dog. They were supposed to be there to use a snake on one of our toilets, and when they sent another person out, he showed up in his private vehicle with no snake. they were supposed to return again today which is Monday at 4:30 and it's 630 at night and nobody has still showed up at our house. I called Culligan to service my water softener because I was having problems. Well, they told me I would have to wait almost a month for a technician to come to my house. That was unacceptable as who wants to be without soft water for a month. Someone told me to call Anthem Plumbing and I am so glad that I did. The owner, Deon, returned my call within 20 minutes and arrived at my house the same day. He was very professional and courteous and fixed my water softener very promptly at a very reasonable price less than Culligan would charge. I had a garbage disposal replaced and they came out the day I called. A month later I had no hot water. Again Deon came out and I had inadvertently turned off my heater. He restarted it and it seemed to be working. He also took the time to show me for future use, how to restart it. He didn't charge me for this visit. Unfortunately a few days later no hot water so I called again. This time I said that I just wanted a new one. They came out next day and brought a new water heater. If I could give this merchant a zero I would. Setting up a home visit with the merchant to fix my bathroom shower between 9am and 12pm three days in advance. On the day of the home visit, the merchant did not show up for the appointment nor did he call. I called the merchant and ask if he was going to show up to fix my bathroom show. He told me he forgot the appointment and that he could be there in an hour or go on about his day. Not only did the merchant not apologize for missing the appointment, but his tone over the phone was very disrespectful and condensing. Given the merchant's unreliable behavior and unprofessional attitude, I strongly suggest you avoid using his services. read more

Nothing but good! I cannot say enough good things about Anthem Plumbing and their tech, Raymond. We just bought and moved in to a new house. After some issues, we finally moved all the way in and discovered leaks around the house and a clogged dishwasher drain pipe. I called Anthem and they sent Raymond. Nicest guy you could want working on your house. He fixed everything we asked and even noticed some gas line issues. Our appliance repair person could not fix them and we called Anthem again and asked for Raymond. They sent him out and, in no time, our gas pipe issues were fixed. We were in the midst of having a washer installed when the hot water connection pipe cracked, releasing water everywhere. Fortunately the appliance installer had the presence of mind to shut off the main water line but we needed a plumber to fix the pipe, finish the install, and get our water back up and running. Appointment set from between 3pm-6pm. We text at 4:30pm to get an estimate on arrival as we have a baby and need to plan a nap/dinner. No response. We call at 6pm and leave a message. Nothing. Call at 6:30 and it goes to voice mail after two rings, so that means they pressed "end" (very professional). We get a call at 6:50pm and this was the response "ohhhhhhhhhhhh I totally forgot. I'm in north Las Vegas. I can be there in like an hour" - there is another 1 star review that has the EXACT same experience. My message to the owner? Respect people's time. People rearrange their day to accommodate a time frame to GIVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY for a service. Communication would have solved this whole situation.
