Had one minor mechanical issue with a cover after purchase and Dave in service went above and beyond to remedy and replace the cover. These guys really stand by their work. I can confidently say that's not the case with Outlaw. I've been overly satisfied with every experience there which has led me to purchase two Harley's (within 14 months) from Outlaw. My sales guy Jerry has always taken the time to answer all of my question and provided his honest professional opinion regarding bike fitting (it's a thing). Of course, when buying from a dealership, there always back and forth negotiation, but I've always felt I've got a fair deal. Stop in and see Jerry for next time you're on the hunt for a new ride. Here's a great example of the outstanding service and while I'll continue to be an Outlaw customer. On the trip to Sturgis this year, I trailered my bike and unfortunately during transport, my brother's bike next to mine shifted loosening the straps which rubbed against my saddle bag causing several decent sized scratches. I stopped by Outlaw to see if they recommend someone for body work. Instead, they had their detail/delivery guy Shaun take my bike back to see what magic he could work. He spent a good 30 minutes buffing the scratches out of my bike and they didn't charge me a dime. I definitely wasn't expecting that to be on the house. (I tipped Shaun because he did an outstanding job.) Another example: My passenger foot pegs kept falling down while riding. There's a small spring (or some small part) that's not covered under the factory warranty. The service guy Scott bough the small parts for me and installed them himself. I could continue to write a novel and call out most of the staff, but I have to end this somewhere. Shout out to Chris and Andy in parts, Maddy in Motorclothes for the stellar service.

If you're looking for a new bike any of the salespeople are great to work with, but I'd especially recommend Jerry Lynch. He's been a stand-up guy in the business for many years. Absolute shit show of a service dept, just insane. I dropped off 2 kids machines SIX MONTHS AGO…read more One bike, only needed the swingarm welded, THATS IT. It ran perfect when i dropped it off, just needed it welded. Only to get a call about 2 months later, saying they couldn't figure out the spark issue. It never had one in the first place. And then when I ask them wtf they're talking about, and say again what they were supposed to do, they tell me they don't even have a damn welder. I tell them to just get the bike back how it was, but here we are 4 months later and it's in 10x worse shape than it was, and not running. The other bike, was a wiring mess. I asked them to simply get rid of all the junk splices, and make it correct, then see if it starts. If it doesn't, call me and we'll go from there. They say the bike needs 2 parts, both I can handle. HOWEVER, they didn't even do the only thing I asked. There are still splices, and random disconnected wires all over it. 6 months they had them, nothing but BS and run arounds. I finally just went and took my machines back. I took them there, as I was recovering from surgery and couldn't do much. What a damn mistake. Now my kids machines are even worse off. I would never, ever recommend anyone have anything worked on there. Not your bicycle, let alone four wheeler or sxs.
