I called and spoke to the nicest person (I wish I had her name, but quickly forgot it in my panic!) who once I related my tale of woe said they would have Kennedy come out as soon as possible rather than the later-in-the-day appointment I was originally offered. Kennedy was FANTASTIC! I work from home and was in a video meeting. I ran out to the garage once he texted to say he was here. He listened to me, quickly mentioned everything he had to and he got to work so that I could return to my meeting. He got done quickly, was respectful of my time knowing I was in a meeting I couldn't get out of, and did a wonderful job! I am beyond grateful to Kennedy and Gogo for the great experience.
