After purchasing and receiving the ring, things really went down hill. I lost a diamond out of the side of the ring within a week of receiving it. When I called, I was unable to get ahold of the shop because their hours changed with no notice. When I brought my ring in to have it looked at, I was accused of "banging the ring around". I left the ring in the shop and decided to get an estimate of cost. However, the same day my fiancé and I decided to take the ring to his family jeweler because they would do the repairs for free. When I went back into the shop to pick up my ring, the owner told me I was confused about what they meant in front of a group of costumers even though I had a copy of the receipt saying estimate needed and told me he would deal with me later. I promptly left with my ring. I would not recommend Treasures Through Time unless you are just browsing or do not plan on doing follow up appointments.

Then being in a terrible mood she started making terrible appraisals of my coins. One coin I just got back from NGC. She incorrectly stated my coin had been cleaned. The coin came back to me graded at MS64 condition NOT CLEANED! I took the encapsulation off because I hate those bulky things. By claiming it was cleaned "in her educated opinion" she was going to reduce the value of the coin by AT LEAST 50% like all dealers do. Terrible experience, not as educated as she thinks and worst of all displays an attitude towards her employees in front of clients. NEVER AGAIN and other customers should learn from this experience!
