I've been coming to this thrift store since college (15+years ago) i haven't been back since I moved until today. Sadly, I don't think I will be back. I was bumped into multiple times, people are rude and don't respect personal space. It feels like everyone is in a rush and you are just in their way. Including the staff, I think the vibe has also transitioned to the them. I gave them the right away about 7 times and only one lady said thank you. I used to come her all the time. It's fun to thrift shop. I don't know who prices their clothes but just because it's designer they raise the price...to more than you could buy it at Marshall's for. NEW! Not worn and not from 1998. Seriously, Bannana Republic Pants from 2001 are 14.99. Like what!?! And on sale day they move all the sale tag color clothes to the back and pull out the tagged clothes that aren't on sale. As a person who has worked in retail....the goal is to MOVE clothes so you can get more inventory. I'm done. Maybe ones say they will realize these clothes are used and not up to date. And maybe the person pricing them should visit discount retail stores ans see what a Nine West non leather purse thats NEW sells for. Not some smelly dirty used purse...30dollars? 1st time at this store and it was completely organized and the staff on the floor keep the floor and racks clean. Lulu ( the cashier) gave me some advice about shopping here and was very professional and demonstrated great customer service. Because of Lulu, I will be back soon. read more

I think it's about time I updated this review. I've been back many times and have filled my home with random treasures from this place. I've been to many thrift stores and I always end up comparing it with this place. This is the one I feel most comfortable in. The sections are more organized and by color. Each item is marked with a different color price tag. Each day, they put up the different colors on the wall and the sale amount (25-50%) off. They used to have a large vinyl section but has now been reduced to one little box by the books. LITTLE YELPERS CLUB* I actually love bringing my kids here because it's easier for me to see if they fit a certain clothing. On the other hand there's so many toys and board games that it gets dangerous. For my wallet at least. Happy shopping!!! read more

BRING CASH! This thrift store was gigantic and fully packed by 11am- same for their parking lot. If you do some digging, you're bound to find something worthwhile, but be aware, this thrift store is overwhelming lol. read more

Consistently a treasure trove if you're up for crowded aisles. The prices have gone up since I first discovered it but still fantastic deals. The same two ads played over the intercom for the entire visit haha, so bring your patient zen side. Lulu checked me out at the end and was the sweetest. Always helpful and nice. read more

This is a very large thrift store. It is sometimes difficult to find parking. They have a good mix of items with large selections of women's and men's clothes. Plenty of cool vintage items. I have been here 4 times and all 4 times I have been overcharged. I purchased 30-40 pieces each time and at the end of the transaction I can't go through each piece to correct it. The cashier gives me an attitude if I say that's incorrect or they don't speak english and theres a huge line so I just let it be. Not sure if I'll return. When I got home I saw on the receipt they enter 2X and scan so I'm charged twice on some pieces. read more

This is my favorite thrift store in the valley. They only take cash and there are no returns but the prices are unbelievable. Example, a new candle holder 5.99 at Ross, sells for 7.99 at Goodwill and 1.99 here. No dressing rooms but the store is huge because the building is an old electronics warehouse. Note: there is a regular checkout line and an Express line for just a few items. The lines can be really long! read more

The selection of this thrift store is good. I enjoy their sales and you do get your moneys worth if you have the patience to look around. Bless all the employees that work there because its not easy. Not sure whats up with people these days but no one seems to know the word excuse me. I have ladies pushing my cart with theirs when all the had to say is " please excuse me can you move your cart". Some people complain this place is too expensive, well I just say those people don't know how to thrift. Take advantage of the color tag deals! If I know white tags are 75% off I'm looking for white tags. I got a brand new cocktail Dress with the original $75 tag in it for $5. You have to hunt for the deals, this is not for the person who wants to pop in real quick, dedicate an hour at least and go through the racks. Yes brand name items are priced higher, they always will be at any thrift store. You'll still find those items cheaper than if buying new! I It's cash only, and the parking lot sucks. It can get busy yes, but it's bc they have a ton of great stuff. It's worth it. Just go. Or don't and keep it less crowded for the rest of us! read more

Far and away the best thrift store in the Valley, and maybe L.A. Huge selection of everything...clothes, electronics, household goods, toys, bric-a-brac. I can never get out without spending between $20 and $100 for cool stuff. Cash only, but ATM's on site. If ATMs are broken, there's one at the gas station at the corner of Victory and Woodman. Parking can be a challenge - just be patient. Constant turnover of spaces. read more

Highly recommended Thrift Store in the Valley. It is like the #1 Thrift store in the valley. I have never sold anything here so not sure on that. This is my favorite thrift store, I go several times a week and haven't ever reviewed it because I don't want anyone else to know about it! There is huge turnover of merchandise because the prices are good and consistently lower ... just at the point where you kind of have to buy the thing, even if it turns out you'll just bring it back and donate it in a week or two if it doesn't quite fit the bill. The staff turnover is also pretty high, so it's sad when you realize you haven't seen a favorite person in a few days ... I love all the staff there, but especially adored Mario, my favorite greeter/checker who I just found out has left. I am glum but happy that so many kids get their first job there and then go on to better things. I think they also get great donations from people who don't have time to mess around with trying to sell stuff when they move or clean out their parents' houses because their trucks will come and pick stuff up. You can go a few times a day and find completely different things on the shelves, especially Wednesdays and Saturdays when a lot of it is half price and things get cleared out. The SUPER bummer about this place is that it is CASH ONLY ... there is an ATM that charges you a fee and I've used it once, to get a wheelchair that was $49 that retails for $798 (it was BRAND NEW) that my mother has been using during all her waking hours for the past year and a half. It was a perfect fit for her and folds up into a tiny little cube to fit in the trunk of the car. Sure, you save money shopping here but it's also a very fun treasure hunt. read more

Been a customer here for a long time ... I have not been there , in like a year. It saddens me to say , as someone who was raised thrift shopping because we didn't have any other choice . The families that need to shop here can no longer afford it . The prices are ridiculous. I'm sorry but this isn't vintage . It's not a HIGH END thrift store .
