Last year, my mother and I both bought trees here, recut the trunk and watered them everyday. My tree died within a WEEK while hers stayed looking beautiful well after Christmas. There was no difference in how we set them up or cared for them. I emailed Valley View a week after I got my tree to let them know what happened, but no one responded. I emailed them two more times, still no reply. I tried calling them, but was told they could not help me. I went in person back to the lot where I bought it and was told that "I heard last year's trees looked pretty bad" and "once you buy it, the purchase is final". Then, my mother-in-law found out that they would have Christmas trees available as soon as Thanksgiving was over. We automatically made plans to go the Friday after Thanksgiving to get our tree. We had heard that they delivered and that you could order online, and to make it more convenient for us we were trying to do that but my husband called and there they were having website malfunctions. We decided to go there ourselves. We also saw them on the local news the night before so we thought that it was a sign! Upon arrival, we were surprised that it was moderately busy, but not bad at all for the day after Thanksgiving. We were able to go in, pick a tree, get it packaged and put on top of our car by their team, pay, and get out of there in less than 10 minutes. We also had a few photo opts that were really fun! I enjoyed this experience tremendously. Altogether I believe we paid $140 for a 7 1/2 noble fir plus packaging and tip. Reasonable prices, great service, and fun experience overall.

I…read moredon't suppose we realized that there was a closer location or maybe it didn't exist in Gilbert last year. This year we went to Valley View Christmas Trees in Gilbert. I looked at their website and nobody answered the phone so I emailed the email address provided on the website and over the phone. They emailed me a few days later letting me know that they got their Christmas trees in I believe the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I responded and let them know that we would be there the Friday after Thanksgiving. Upon arrival and to our pleasant surprise, there were no other cars except for ours. It was for sure open and we had the whole Christmas tree stand to ourselves. We took a few photos with the blowup Santa out front. This location was much smaller than the location in Chandler. Last year, Valley View in Chandler had a big sleigh and several different photo opportunities. This one was small but still very convenient. The people working there were so lovely. They were so kind and helpful and eager to assist us. We also had our nine-month-old son with us and it was his first time picking out a Christmas tree. They said this was a big deal so they needed to take family photos of us! We took a bunch. We found a tree pretty easily and within minutes, they assisted us. They drilled a little bit deeper, put the tree on top of our car with tweed, (you can ask for a net for $5 extra) and within 20 minutes we were proud owners of a new Christmas tree. We also got a disposable tree skirt and also tree cleaner. Altogether we paid $160 which is a deal. We got a bigger tree than last year and it was less expensive. Overall, I loved this experience. It was easy, convenient, and I really appreciated the extra bit of customer care that we received. It's not often that you get such great quality customer service so I must recognize that. Next year we're definitely coming back to this location. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a new Christmas tree. They also give a full refund if the tree doesn't last which is a huge bonus!

We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.
