It took them 4 days to address my mother's pain. We finally had her back in hospital to find she had a large tumor on her spine. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Very well run and the service is always prompt, professional and courteous. We have stayed in five star hotels and the Cascade Manor is comparable in service quality. The food is not perfect but very good. It's difficult to be perfect for a diverse population
