If you live in Tempe, there is absolutely ZERO reason why you should be getting wings from any other establishment than here. HANDS DOWN THE BEST WINGS IN THE EAST VALLEY! The meat comes off the bone like a spare rib almost and you can tell they use quality chicken because every bite is full of juicy (not burnt breading) chicken!! Don't even get me started on the sauce selection. Nobody is coming close to theirs! I got hit lemon pepper and honey sriracha. Honey sriracha was PERFECT spice to sweet ratio. Unreal flavor. I was pretty impressed, the wings looked dang good when I opened the box and I got a 12 count traditional with honey siracha and garlic Parmesan. I enjoyed them both. Hungry and finally got chance to eat lunch and saw this place driving by. New wing place I said why not I love wings and never heard of this place. It was a nice small cozy restaurant and had few tables seated. Lucky me it was Wednesday wings special so $1 per wings. I was like ooh hoo, then I cried little because I remembered back in the days at Native New Yorkers (when they used to be good) had $.10 wing . Anyways, ordered 6 pieces of Midwest heat (I was told it was their hottest) and Nashville hot dry rub. I had three orders ahead of me but, man 30 mins for my wings was little too much.. I don't know if there was issues in the kitchen or that's just how long it takes. Wings looked pretty good and they were nice sizes. First the hottest one.. It was pretty spicy, not over the top I'm going to die but had enough kick to make me sweat little. Nashville hot, I was little disappointed because it lacked in flavor IMO. Over all wings were not bad, but I expected the dry rub ones to have little more hot off the oil crispiness to it, but nope... I would give it 3 and half but not 4 for me. What kind of chicken wing joint serves* Alfredo? This one does, and it's fantastic. The fries were amazing and very filling, and the wings came out hot and fresh. Hot honey was tasty, pretty sweet not too hot. The Cajun was hotter, not as much flavor but it allowed the chicken to come through more which actually was really good. Still a 5 star service all around from Midwest Wings. My lady and I Doordashed from here this time, and the food was absolutely delicious. She got her garlic Parmesan wings from here again, I decided to branch out and try something else. I got the Midwest Chicken sandwich with the Golden BBQ chicken patty, pickles, chipotle mayo and provolone cheese, as well as some chicken Philly sliders. These items were super affordable and absolutely delicious, a real bang for your buck. I can say with absolute certainty that this place does delivery orders the right way, they keep it nice and neat in their boxes and presentation, with plenty of napkins for the consumer. The chicken Philly sliders were absolutely delicious and, though the bottom buns kind of fell apart a bit while I was eating them, I wasn't complaining too much. They came with a solid amount of chicken and not all of it stayed on the sliders as they were kind of falling apart, I had some to dunk in my ranch. My Golden BBQ Midwest Chicken sandwich was to die for, I was in heaven while I was eating it and every bite was ascending me to a higher place. I tried my girlfriend's Garlic parm wings, again, of course, and they were very crispy and delicious as well. The chicken this place offers is so tender with a good amount of juiciness to it but never too much. They have an incredible flavor on all their items and it makes you crave it and want to order some more. Door dash order, the wings were very good and cooked very well, they were also a good size, I would've liked the Mango Habanero to be more spicy, definitely more in the sweet side the lemon hot pepper had a really good flavor but also tasted the buffalo sauce more than anything but still very good, the reason for a 3/5 was because I also ordered the Philly cheesesteak sliders and I was very disappointed, the meat was so salty all I could taste was salt and no flavor, I could barely even taste the flavor of the meat, they also didn't have much meet, very disappointed so 3/5 for that. read more

First time trying after the social media foodie reviews. Got the $1 Wings on Wednesday. Went around 11:15 and it took about 45 mins. Talking to the guy behind the counter he stated the mobile orders were ringing off the hook, which you could hear in the back. I was worried since it took so long that the order was going to thrown together and be mediocre, I was wrong. Wings were perfectly cooked, seasoned/sauced and fresh as ever. What you would expect if you ordered wings at a fancy restaurant, only at a small locally owned wing joint in a strip mall. You know how you normally get your wings and they are tossed in sauce and dumped onto your plate or into your to-go container? This place neatly places and garnishes them. Not that I think they would taste any differently if they were just dumped, but it shows the care and attention to detail. No shortage of care and attention to detail on the flavor, by the way. Happy that you can get 2 flavors on each order. I can never not get the jerk sauce for one of them. Love midwest heat, but can't recommend them unless you like insane heat, which I do (avoid it touching your lips). Their other food items look good, but haven't tried them. Wings are too damn good! I used to work down the road and went at least once a week after I discovered them. I got moved, but still crave them and need them at least once a month.
