We tried Sneakbird - 4340 E Indian School Rd for the first time while we were in the area for a basketball tournament, and it did not disappoint. The food was so good -- crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really stood out though was the service. The staff took the time to walk us through the menu, made great recommendations, and genuinely made it easy to decide what to order. You can tell they care about the experience, not just pushing people through the line. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. read more

Everything about Sneakybird pisses me off, and the reason it pisses me off is because it has the potential to fill a chicken wing spot void that Phoenix hasn't been able to fill in 10+ years. Sneakybird wings are GAS, but everything else SUCKS. You order 8 wings which come with fresh veggies (celery/carrots) and they give you ONE OUNCE of ranch to dip. ONE OUNCE wouldn't even be enough for the veggies, Nevermind the wings.. Whoever is in charge of these restaurants eats wings with a fork and knife or is simply an idiot. Sure you can get more ranch but it's literally a dollar an ounce (and the cup isn't even full) so you're paying over $128 a gallon for ranch dressing. They're literally making a 10x profit on ranch it's absolutely insane. Before you realize think that the Hormuz strait is causing a ranch uproar, you'll walk inside one of these places and be forced to go order at the counter. Then you'll wait 20+ minutes sitting there wasting time. Sneakybird is missing the point of a restaurant, give me servers, give me drink options, try to offer me anything delicious while I sit there for 20 minutes and take my money. If you're not going to be a real restaurant then just skip the rent and go ghost kitchen. MAYBE if they learned the business model of a restaurant they wouldn't need to 10x us on ranch dressing. Every other wing place SUCKS in PHX, ATL will steal your CC number, Zipps gets raided by ICE before your food comes out and everyone else gets the wings from Sodexo. Sneakybird has potential but whoever is making decisions is an idiot and needs to hand the reigns over to literally ChatGPT or anyone else. I was happy to learn that this restaurant opened nearby after trying a sample from the Yelp Under the Stars event last year and my carryout experience was great. The inside of the restaurant was very open and sparkling clean. I thought it was especially cool that the kitchen is wide open to see everything they do. I ordered food for me and my team for lunch. The service from the staff was excellent. Everything was cooked to order and was still hot when I made it back to my workplace that's about 10mins away. I ordered the chicken wrap with tots which was very tasty. I also love chicken wings and ordered them a-la-carte. My coworkers had me order chicken sandwiches for them and they both raved about how big and good the sandwich was. We all enjoyed our food. We have added it to our lunch rotation list. read more

I think this is a great concept and hope the food improves. I ordered takeout and at first glance the food looked great, the coleslaw not so much. I tried the coleslaw and I could not decide if it just had no flavor, or if it was stale. It had a slight aftertaste that made me think it was going bad so I threw it away. For some reason, the chicken had absolutely no flavor. I ordered 2 different rubs and even with the sauces I could not find any flavor to it. I could taste a slight burned flavor from the breading. The tots were ok. I do not think that just because chicken is air fried, it should be devoid of flavor. read more

My wife and I were in the area and I always wanted to try a non deep fried chicken. I hate all the seed oils which are so bad for you. My wife went in and we decided on 6 tenders and tater tots. We ate in the car and we looked at each other after the first item and we said, Wow, very salty. We tried a different piece and it was just as salty. We tried some sauces to see if that would help, but no still very salty. The teriyaki sauce was very salty too. We ate the tots and threw away the Inedible tenders. Very disappointed. While driving home, we had to make a bathroom stop, I felt very sick. I luckily made it to the bathroom. When we got home, my wife was very ill too. My first time recently, I tried the wings. Got their SPG rub with a side of sauce and I was delighted with my wings! They're baked not fried. So you can indulge without feeling guilty. My mother-in-law is on oxygen and 86 years old and while picking up her meds.at Walgreens saw this place called "Sneaky Birds" and really wanted to try it. She and I went two days ago and it was such a wonderful experience. She's using a walker and has a little oxygen tank and had a lot of questions. Cody (The assistant manager) was at the register and helped us navigate all our choices and everything turned out great. The place was extremely clean. It was only Monday so I thought it would be quiet, but it was not. There were probably four or five walk-ins at 11:30 in the morning and tons of takeout. I really appreciated when I was watching their TV screen - the info. about all the community stuff they do all through the Valley. Food was great and want to do a great shout out for giving back to the community, appreciating your customers and providing really good food - so anyway, when you don't want to cook some night mid week, this is your spot - or really anytime!! read more

The chicken tender meat was so dry. Tater tots were okay. It was kind of annoying the POS machine minimum tip was 15% for take out.

The food was delicious and so clean! Nothing was fried and the service was amazing. Such a unique idea with nothing fried and the rubs and sauces were great! We even got a free sugar cookie that was also so good. 10/10 recommend! read more

I hate to leave such a negative review but the food was extremely bland. I was excited to try their chicken, but the tenders (which WERE quality and cooked well!) were all breaded with what tasted like unseasoned breadcrumbs and the tots didn't taste like they had salt on them. The sauces were the saving grace. Though it was resolved, they also forgot one order of our tots which was frustrating. We were happy that it was a pretty inexpensive meal, though with the other issues we experienced, I'm not sure we'd try again. read more

We have had an excellent and delicious experience twice at the location on Frank Lloyd Wright and today was no different. This is the most amazing fried well unfried...everything is airfried food ever! Looks like it was a grand opening and we had a fabulous meal! We ordered the chicken tenders in jalapeño ranch dry rub with goldmine sauce and salt and pepper dry rub with sweet Thai sauce....DELICIOUS! And don't even get me started on the sweet potato puffs! The chicken tenders were dry. Im dissapointed. The coleslaw was dry and no flavor. The raw veggie side was not fresh. Cucumbers were limp. I spent $19.00 for 4 pieces of chicken. Slaw, small serving of raw veggies and ice tea. Not impressed by the food or price. No thanks. read more

The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked! Service was wonderful, can tell the employees from the cashier to expo and especially the cooks take pride in what they do. The shop was clean and well kept. I had a wonderful lunch break and felt ready to get the rest of my works day done unlike some other chicken places where I just want to take a nap after I eat.
