In the case of a leaking garbage disposal the company owner, Pablo, came out, next day, properly re-installed the device, and additionally, at no charge, caulked around the sink to prevent any leaks at all into the cabinet below the sink. The owner tried to charge me twice for coming out to my Property. Once I confronted him about it the owner called me and started screaming and yelling at me saying that I was desparate and needed money. They installed a faucet which is now twisting and didnt get put on right and didnt even install it properly. Also, I had a drain plugged installed and the son left with the stopper and tried to charge me for coming back to put it on. i would not recommend this company. My leasing company hired them to fix my running toilets. Someone came out and before he checked on the toilet in my room i let him know it doesn't continuously run it only does it every few hours or so. Came to fix a gas pipe leak detected by Southern California Gas. He said he fixed it, I paid him $1,200. The gas company returned and found the pipe still leaking. I rent for a property management so I know it's not my problem to know but I do live there and I would like to know.
