Ultimately we've got three trees from Bob's, and even though two of the trees had issues, the staff have been understanding and reasonable in working with us for a resolution. Bob's has a big stock and variety of trees and plants of various sizes, and the tranquil location makes for a pleasant day trip for a walk amongst potted plants and dug-up trees ready to go. Their brochure is helpful for looking up and browsing an updated selection of available trees for listed prices, and staff have been consistently friendly and helpful, and not surprisingly, very knowledgeable. I would recommend Bob's Trees without hesitation, and I hope they stay open and successful for a very long time.

I found it, it didn't look great so I asked if they could take a little off, she called the manager. The women came to the register and I asked about a discount, I have never done that before. The manager was very rude and said no. As she walked away she said most people can't get it to come back the next year. I was shocked and just paid for it and left. The girl at the register was very nice.
