You're driving 45 minutes to pick it up at some hippie herbal store cause they don't have a pharmacy. After being told I 'sounded upset' after 3 WEEKS of them screwing up the prescription over and over and over, I was handed off by some weepy snowflake to someone who couldn't even apologize - I'm sure you can figure out what I'm saying by a quick glance at the staff photo. Lots of Baby Snowflake Karens. The only cool person was the vet herself! The best? When we got sick of their nonsense and went to our old vet, turns out that 1 of the conditions they claimed our kitten had, THE KITTEN DIDN'T HAVE. If you're gonna do a cash grab, be subtle about it. They told me at one point that they don't keep a card on file, but I had given them my debit card to charge that stay and they forgot to do it. So when they remembered, rather than calling me and letting me know they were going to charge my debit card, they just charged it out and sent an invoice that said December 30. I changed my debit card number yesterday and will never give it out again this way to a business. When I called to find out what was going on, there was absolutely no accountability for the financial impact of forgetting to charge my card and then doing it without at least notifying me first. This was the culmination of several issues with the clinic. I won't go back.

I will never entertain the idea of finding a new cat sitter after relying on 20 Toes. Lori and the…read more20 Toes Crew are absolutely amazing, thorough, trustworthy, and GOOD at what they do. After scheduling the week I needed the sitter via online/email, Lori (the owner) arranged a free "appointment" to meet my boy, go over various insurance/pet emergency/ home tour / info with my husband and I. She was extremely nice and pleasant, and I knew within 5 minutes that she was going to get along great with my 5 year old male, Diego. Diego tends to be quite shy, but warmed up with Lori during the week that I was out of town. She left a daily diary of her time with Diego, and also texted updates (with photos) to me throughout the week. I have never felt so at ease while away from my precious pet. I wasn't worried about him at all, and was able to enjoy my family at Christmastime. The rates are extremely affordable for the amount of attention 20 Toes gives to the furry little creatures. When I returned from my trip, I was pleased to find plenty of kitty toys laying out, food dish full, litter box spotless, and the daily kitty diary - which topped the cake. Lori was amazing.

After realizing that our go…read moreto family sitter was not comfortable giving our cat his daily insulin injections, I looked around for pet sitters and found 20 Toes. I loved the care my cats received so much that when we went away again I made sure to book 20 Toes. Lori, the owner, sets up a consultation to meet with you and your pet(s) and go over their care and routine. She clearly explains company policies and procedures- including what they do in case of emergencies. She tours your home and makes sure she knows where your pet is likely to hang out, or in the case of my cats, hide. Her employees are well vetted and Lori maintains high standards for employment. 20 Toes will also bring in your mail/packages and water your plants. While you are away, a daily diary of the time spent with your pet is left, and you can also receive text updates and pictures. Seeing my diabetic and skittish cat snuggling with his pet sitter and playing with his cat toys provided such peace of mind. Quite possibly the nicest part of 20 Toes is that when I came home, the litter boxes were clean, the food and water dishes were full, and I had two very happy cats. For the peace of mind and the outstanding care that is provided, 20 Toes is worth every penny.

She helped us pick out dog food that was is similar to the one we have been using for our dogs because we could not find the product that we have been using in this area. We moved from out of state and the very nice young professional employee found us another food that was very similar. And it's local and a family owned business. Which we really like to support. She also informed us that the food that we buy at a local grocery store was recalled and we had no idea that was happening. So we thank you for helping us with our dogs so that they are on a healthier diet. Thank you very much and will see you soon

Healthy Pet is a great place to come for better brands of pet food. I feed my dogs wellness brand…read moretreats and food, and the selection at the other stores around here, isn't as good as what Healthy Pet carries. When I first got my pups, Healthy Pet was the only place where I could find natural food options for dogs. So that leads me to believe they are in the know on what's best for your pets, before other stores do. Another reason I like coming here, are the free roaming cats. No, I'm not a crazy cat lady!! It's fun when for me when I come across one, and a couple are very friendly and like to be pet. This is something I like because my daughter is allergic to cats and I can no longer have kitties in my place. Years ago, my father brought me here and we discovered they had cats available for adoption. Of course I fell in love with one and had to have her. The process and what they required for someone to adopt was a bit strict. They will not let you adopt if you plan on letting the cat out. At least back then they wouldn't. We got a lecture on the dangers of letting a cat outdoors and we had to swear we'd keep her inside. I thought this was a bit much. But when the lecture was over and I swore I'd keep her inside, I left with a kitty. They have a program for pet food, where if you buy ten bags, you get one free. I personally think this is a good deal. The pet bed and leash/harness selection isn't great, but they have enough. They have bulk bird food I buy for both my outside bird feeders and my inside parakeet, who has a preference for their bird food. They have a nice fish selection, both salt water and fresh. And they still have a cat adoption clinic, in their store. Every time I go there, there are quite a few available. If you're looking for specialty dog food brands, or the usual brands, and a more personal form of customer service, this is a nice place. I'm giving four stars and not five because of their requirements for cat adoptions, semi limited hours, and lack of non food dog items such as leashes etc. Oh, the cat I adopted, Sophie. She lived to be 13 and was an outdoor cat her whole life. She could often be found under the lilac tree or on the walkway getting a cat tan, often accompanied by the other outdoor cats of the neighborhood.
