The place is clean and tidy and he is extremely thorough and explaining the process and lays the price of each service out for you and makes sure there are no gray areas. Same day turnaround compared to other places I called which is the reason I made the 45 minute drive to see him. He converted 6 vhs tapes to dvd and provided me with mp4 files on a usb as well (extra charge but worth it) I'm very satisfied with Wayne's work. I'll be recommending him to my friends and family as well as using him for any future projects.
