Very disappointed! We've been long time customers. The delivery person was shameful in his interaction with me. Very aggressive and rude. Not the usual gentleman who delivered previously. When I called to speak to the owner he would not get on the phone although I heard him ask what the conversation was ... So unnecessary and such poor customer service especially to people who made sure to patronize the establishment during the pandemic. read more

Me and my husband order here every week, and have for a while now. Reasonably priced, consistently good quality food that tastes like you expect it to. They are good at making adjustments based on requests in online order notes. Approachable and considerate customer service. The older reviews with low star ratings were accurate at one point, but something changed because the quality of both the food and physical location/ website increased dramatically. Valtori is true old school Italian food with nothing but fresh ingredients, a perfect variety of food from what feels like an old school 1940's true "grandma made" food selection that is simply amazing. You can get almost any food that you would expect from a quality restaurant, served promptly and after many visits it has yet to disappoint. Owner Anthony is almost always there, seven days, and will prepare things the way you like with a simple call or email. if you are entertaining his catering menu is perfect and can be done for large or small groups. Even can be done at the last minute with a few hours notice. Also very reasonable on the wallet. If you live local and haven't tried, it is a must you will not be disappointed. About a year ago, we stopped in for lunch and had a delicious meal. Tonight I realized they delivered to our area and couldn't wait to order. We ordered the sourdough pizza (my favorite of the evening), a regular sausage pie (a step up from regular take out pizza), a kale Caesar wrap (perfect way to get some needed greens), a meat Stromboli (which I assume was delicious by the speed and silence my son ate it in). Tried this new place in the area for delivery. What a waste. Pizza was cold, thick and flavorless. Got the wife some chicken parm and some pasta since some people wrote that it was the best. Well it's was very far from that. The chicken was like rubber and the sauce was very watery and needed salt. They get 2 stars for getting the delivery to the house inside of a hour. read more

They left off one of the three items I ordered but, what made matters worse, was the pizza pie that I ordered came ice cold and when I called them to explain they apologized and sent over the missing item and offered me a free pizza. I told him that wasn't necessary and they came and delivered the free item. While the free pizza wasn't necessary they certainly could have thrown something in the delivery to apologize for the bad service. To make matters worse, the pizza really wasn't that good either.
