I am so disgusted. All I ordered was wings, hot and fries wings sauce on the side. They were so slow. My first DoorDash left the second one basically threw it at my door. My bag was ripped. While I and others were inside having some pizza, Antonio's parking attendant was placing boots on our car wheels, so we each had to pay $70. by credit card to have them removed. The pizza by the slice at Antonio's pizza is all on display under glass cases. When you order your slice (either to go or to stay) you must squeeze between those glass cases and the soda fridges. This includes squeezing past all of the other customers who have ordered pizza and are standing there at the glass case as if that is going to make it come out of the oven any faster. As Ludacris' song says "Move, 6!+ch, get out the way, get out the way, 6!+ch get out the way!" The pizza is pretty good though. On my first visit, I had the white veggie pizza. It was good. The veggies (broccoli, carrots, red peppers) were well done. The mozzerella was so gooey. Although I had to ask for a little marinara sauce for dipping. My second visit was better. I had the buffalo chicken pizza. It was chock full of spicy chicken tenders cut up into nice size hunks. Although the cheese was minimal, the crust was perfect. I did wish for a side of ranch to dip the pizza in but refrained due to calories and lack of motivation to get up and do all the squeezing past the new crop of customers who had entered. This was not only my first time trying Antonio's Pizzeria pizza, but my first time trying actual New York pizza! I wasn't disapointed! Their large IS large! And they don't skimp on the toppings! Another plus... My husband is an OTR truck driver, and we ran out of driving hours so were stuck at the place we got loaded at, it was ether make Ramen on the truck, or order pizza. Looking for a quick bit to eat before a show at the Capitol Theater, my friends and I ordered a couple of pizza's from Antonio's Pizza. They delivered to the Courtyard Rye within the estimated time, pizza's piping hot and still fresh. Purchased one large cheese pizza and a small ham pizza for about $28... but both were incredibly large!!! The so-called small ham pizza was crammed into its tiny housing, the crust upturned in one section to accommodate the overflowing portion of our anticipated dinner. It is hard to describe just how large the slices are served. I was able to easily fold my slice in half and still it was larger than your average sized triangle of doughy cheesy goodness. The cheese itself had nice flavor, the dough quite thin with minimal sauce (my kind of pizza as a very picky eater). I skipped the crust on most of my slices, it was a bit hard and difficult to manage but it was no matter due to the aforementioned portion sizes. There was nothing that particularly stood out about the pizza itself but it certainly served its purpose as I was quite full before the show. With 3 people stuffing themselves, we still had an entire pizza left following our gorging. I can say, my belly was happy to munch on this dinner turned late night snack much later in the evening. Just as good cold as it was hot. Not the best pizza I've ever had by far, but definitely "a-ok" in my book. read more

I love Antonio's Pizza, I had their baked ziti bolognese and it was absolutely delicious, it went perfect with the bread they give you as well. I also had the New York cheesecake and what can you expect? It's cheesecake. It's gonna be fantastic, and it was. Overall Antonio's Pizza is consistently good all around from their wedges, to pizza, to strombolis, to garlic bread, to pasta it's good. And often the portion sizes are large, their food usually lasts me about three whole meals. The delivery time can take a little while longer sometimes (most likely when the restaurant's busy) but it's completely worth it when you can dig in to their delicious, savory mouthwatering goodness. This is definitely my go-to restaurant for when I want to eat out. It's not over priced but not underpriced either. I highly recommend definitely going to check Antonio's Pizza out. read more

It is located on the train tracks, the other side, on the far corner of the Pathmark Plaza, across from the Projects. Some memories- There used to be daily service in the parking lot consisting of drinking "holy water" and other drug use. The parking lot was always a hot bed of interesting goings on to a 13 year old. If you were lucky, the guy playing tennis in official handmedown tennis gear would be impersonating Pete Sampras- slice in one hand, other hitting the ball against the brick wall The pizza- a decent NY style slice- always slightly burnt, cheese always staying in firm contact with the rest of the slice. Some of the best foldability and BIG very big. Walking home the friendly neighbors would hound me for a slice- "Pizza man, gimmie dat slice pizza man"- this is when I learned to ignore the beggars around me. When I'm in the area I stop in, reassured by the same Spanish guy at the counter, I get a slice and sit and eat- and notice many of the people are the same and will never leave Midland Avenue. read more

I passed Antonio's walking to my car and went in for a soda. However, the aroma was enticing and I bought a slice. This is one of THE BEST pizzas that I've enjoyed, and I'm from NYC. I work nearby and started to order for delivery. Baked ziti is very good, and the Italian sausage is fantastic! Their Buffalo Wings are incredible to say the least. The seasoning in deep fried into the thin, crunchy batter. The wings are huge, with lots of meat on the bone. Be sure to order the Stromboli because it is superb. Best pizza I've ever had! I've been ordering/dining here since i was little and I have yet to find another place that serves as good of a pizza as they do. Their grilled chicken salad is amazing as well! The chicken is so tender and has such a great taste you can even eat it without any dressing. Despite having low prices their portions are HUGE! Delivery is always right on time and they give you a discount if you order directly from their website! I love Antonio's and the people working there are very friendly. The only downside is that they do not have any desserts at all (I believe there are some ice cream bars near the fridge though) and yes as others have pointed out their place is old and hasn't changed a bit since I was little but that won't stop me from giving them 5 stars. Staying at the Courtyard with two grandchildren, YELP reviews suggested this as a good delivery option for Italian food. While the delivery was very quick, the food was very - blah. We didn't do the pizza, which may be better, but all the pasta was overcooked, the sauce just looked like crushed tomatoes out of a can, and the meatballs were mushy and flavorless. All of this at 6:00 on a Saturday night, so hard to blame on anything but the restaurant.
