I seriously wonder how this spot stays open. $7 slice which whatever is obviously ridiculous but ya hope maybe it'll be decent. Oh my goodness. Lord hear our prayers. For what did I do to have to be exposed to this disaster of a disaster? Disastrous. Again. I'm going to be briefer than a bucket full of piss. I believe that this sauce cooked on the stove top. I believe they don't have access to any utensils, and so to stir the sauce they used their feet. I actually think they stuck their foot into boiling sauce. Dirty and gunky feet. And then they leave it going all day until it's as funky as it could possibly be. Unredeemable - But this review will be deleted (I presume). And I hate doing this to local biz but at that price point this one deserves the lauding of hate. read more

Margarita Pizza in Thornwood is definitely a solid spot and I had a mix of hits and misses this time. I ordered the vodka grandma with pepperoni, hot honey, vodka sauce, and a dollop of ricotta -- and this was the star. It was so delicious. The flavors all worked perfectly together and it was easily the highlight of my order. I also tried the garlic knot sandwich with prosciutto and mozzarella. The idea was really good, but the middle was unfortunately cold and the flavors together ended up being way too salty, which kind of threw it off. So, I ordered the vodka grandma pizza and this was definitely is not grandma pizza since it was not square and they describe grandma pizza on the menu as "thin crust square pizza", however it doesn't even matter because the sauce was absolutely FIRE. I will be getting this again and it also makes me want to try their penne alla vodka. The dough was a bit soggy and that made it hard to eat as the cheese kept sliding off but wow that vodka sauce was so good. The regular margherita pizza was good too but that vodka sauce really was the star. Will be coming back again soon hopefully eating in next time. read more

I stopped in for the first time to get a few slices to go. The place is extremely clean and the pizza choices all look delicious. I ended up getting three of the same because I couldn't resist the look of the margarita pizza. I threw it in the oven at home and it did not disappoint! The crust was really crispy and delicious and the mozzarella was fresh and sauce was very tasty. It really was a delicious Slice! I will definitely be back to try the others. read more

Nice little pizza spot. Sweeter sauce on the plain slices, but it was good and different from a few of the other local pizza spots. Garlic knots were also good, not dry and not too oily. Service was quick and friendly. Very clean as well. Came on a Friday night and it was busy with people coming in and grabbing pies to go which is always a good sign would like to come back and try a few of their specialty slices and garlic knot sandwiches! read more
