The minor concerns I had, they were willing to add into the agreement. They even helped me with requesting the loan from my bank, because even tho they offered financing, they knew I could get a better rate somewhere else. Had to take it to dealer for some recall work (thankfully) on the clutch/transmission. Worked my rear off to pay off car early, however did not completely pay off because Mark owed me a sight shield and was unable to acquire one at the time of purchase and I wanted to still be under contract with him to provide this part, I felt if I paid it off he would not honor it. Mothers Day weekend 2021, car randomly stopped running. Just would not start. Had to have it towed home. Contacted Mark and the only help he would give me was the name and number of some mechanic. Contacted him, and based on the description of the issue, did not want to take the job. That's fine, because his estimate was outrageous! Had another mechanic come to the house to look at vehicle and he refused to take on the job as well due to it possibly being electrical issues and could turn into a rabbit hole...nice guy, appreciated his honesty. Fast forward to Nov 2021, finally had car towed to dealership, it was there for several months and their Master Mechanic had never seen this kind of issue (that's another story). Final payment was scheduled March 10, 2022. That is the day that Marks Auto towed my car out of the dealership with less than $300 owed. The fact that I had been hospitalized for COVID pneumonia and was out of work for almost a month meant nothing. To get the car back, Mark wants over $1k, when less than $300 was the remaining balance, on the day the final payment was due per payment schedule. Remember the sight shield? Never got that either. Car turned into a MONEY PIT, and Mark is very unprofessional, has a disgusting attitude, can be very rude and nasty - which is sad since he owns Marks Auto. He is an unfeeling sheister. And his office help rudely hung up on me. Will NEVER do business with him again.

They financed us, we signed, they signed and we drove off the lot, some what happy and exhausted after dealing with them. Two days later, they call us and say "there was a problem financing you guys you have to bring the car back" ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?! Who does that?! I've never heard of a car dealership doing that! Ever. Then they say "ok we will try to figure it out but if we don't you have to bring it back" so two days late after the first phone call they say "oh it's fine, we got it" then the bank calls us personally and says "no there's another problem" what the actual fuck?! Well of course, we just got our car and needed it badly so we didn't schedule it right away, then the next month my husband and I both had unexpected military engagements and missed the deadline (our fault since we had 60 days I guess) well I called them and explained what happened and asked if we could get it in for the replacement still (this was like on day 90) they said "No, we can't do that. We expect you to stick to the days we allowed no exceptions. They pay for it in advance." Oh really? If they pay for it in advance then what's the problem?? That doesn't even make sense! Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Also most screws are missing under hood that was not put back. Tacky work. God doesn't like ugly! AND For YELP TO NOT POST MY REVIEW FOR OTHERS TO BE SCAMMED IS VERY UN LAWFUL!
