My experience of value tires has been great. I was in need of tires for my car because my current tires were smooth and they were able to order me tires and have them delivered by the next day to the shop. I came in I paid for the tires had them aligned I never paid more than what they quoted me and the experience was fast and just what I needed. They even gave me a printout of how my tires were aligned before and how my tires were aligned after the alignment to show the difference. I recommend them because what they quoted is what I got. I did not deal with Vinny so I don't know what that experience would have been like if I did but the gentleman that I did work with her very professional and honest. read more

So I am in kind of a rush to get tires so I can leave town....I call here and get a quote and the guy tells me they have my tires in stock and I can get them for $90 each so I make an appointment for 2PM tomorrow so I come in the next day at 2PM, I get to the office and they are sending me to a different person. I call them and it goes to the office I just walked out of. So we figured out it was the guy in the damn office. So he runs around trying to find tires then after like 15 mins of standing around he comes and tells me they don't have my tire in stock. It was such a waste of time. Value Tire stay away. Blemished or out of round tires he will sell you and you will not know about it until you have another tire place check them for you. The owner at Value Tire balanced my new tires 3 times with in 5000 miles and still preformed badly. (new tires LOL). I have been coming here for years, no one is perfect we all no know that but this place is a gem, the owner Vinny is honest, I had a nail on my rear tire and I had gone to a couple of places before calling here and they said that it was on the side wall of the tire and it wouldn't been able to be patched/plugged that I needed to buy a new tire from them. I called Value tire to get a price on a new tire and spoke to Vinny the owner and explained the situation that I had gone to a couple of places and have been told that I would need to buy a new tire, he said we can do it come over and I did and they were able to fix it for $15, he saved me $100, he could've easily made an extra $100 from me if he wanted too but he didn't and this is why I keep coming back and I referred all my friends and family. Are the prices Grace? Yes. Can I get almost any tire? Yes. Is there customer service awesome? No... But the prices are great I mean really great they were able to get some special tires for my Range Rover that would've cost me at least $100 more per tire at the next cheapest place I found, so is it worth it? absolutely. although they do need to put in some sort of a waiting room because it takes about half an hour to 45 minutes to get your tires changed out which isn't bad when you consider that the prices are great I'll...and by the way, did I mention that the prices are great? read more

Weird, I haven't had a problem with them like the last guy. And was never treated bad. I've been to this place a few times. The first time I went because I had a flat (I was carelessly driving with COMPLETELY bald tires). I had a spare rim in the trunk, friend took me to this place. Had the rim put on in literally minutes all for just $25. Then came back and had all my tires changed for a couple hundred in less than an hour!! Ohh and they also repaired a radiator hose leak I had and didn't charge me for it. The other couple times I went back was just for maintenance (oil and filter) I bought another used car that has many problems. I'll be taking it to them soon. read more

Other places quoted be $140 but this place did the job in an hour (and perfectly!!) for only $70. Mark did wheel alignment on my class B Dodge Sprinter camper. He was efficient and did a superb job. These guys are the worst. They miss-aligned my car and they had to redo it. They didn't balance my tires correctly so I have vibration over 70 miles per hour. The worst problem now today on 9/27/16 was that when I went to BMW to have my tires balanced correctly, they couldn't get 2 of the 4 locking lug nuts off. Value tire stripped my key using an impact wrench costing me $30 for a new key and now the 2 locking lug nuts have to be cut off at $359. BAIT & SWITCH!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!!! STAY AWAY!! Was quoted one price "out-the-door" total and then when finished, owner (Vinnie - who really should not talk to the customers at all and was extremely condescending and combative) wanted to add sales tax to the "out-the-door" price I was quoted and CONFIRMED they day before. This guy says to me that they will take the parts off (after 3 hours of waiting for work to be done)!! WTF?? I had spent over $800 with them in 10 days. NEVER AGAIN!! This place is a joke. Sure the prices are cheaper than some, but the service and care is completely garbage. I show up there I am told to put my car on a lift. They then jack my car without any regard for the parts underneath it. Then they tell me "it's not touching anything" (When they never even checked), "we put Porsche's and bmws on it all the time" Oh my bad, I didn't realize Porsche's had giant steal braided oil lines and aftermarket exhaust underneath the car. Next, a employee was very rude and continued to harass us. After I spoke with the owner he came back saying " you don't have to go behind my back and tell my boss" and then having guts to say "its because I'm black" No it's because you are incompetent. The owner Vinny is the worst as they come, extremely short and was also giving me the wrong information as I found out later from another mechanic. He was insisting that the previous work/alignment was wrong, even though I went to 2 places before that had great reputations. I came here to get new tires. I called a few days before to get a quote and make sure the tires were in stock. Both people I spoke to were very nice. Great price for the tires and stuff. I asked for an alignment also. When I brought my vehicle in everyone was very nice. And the price was still the same. After waiting awhile (which I dont mind) they told me I needed to have my lower ball joints in the front replaced (for $300) before they are able to do the alignment! They showed me what they were talking about but I want sure so I called my bf and he said we will get another opinion. I took the vehicle to our normal mechanic who checked and nothing was wrong with either ball joint! The only reason I am giving a two is because they were nice and the tires were a great price. I'm not stupid just because I'm a girl. Be careful of random work they try to throw at you. Always get a second option. I am now getting it aligned with no problems at all. Absolutely my worst tire experience on over 45 years of buying tires. I bought 4 new tires including balance. Found out later they installed 2 different size tire on the car. The rear tires wore to the steel bands within 60 days. Owner Vinnie refused to do anything to back the sale. Told me he didn't have time to "babysit" customers. Value Tire & Alignment is as good as it gets! I spent three weeks shopping around Miami for some tires for my Jeep. I wanted to go a few sizes bigger and had researched many different tires. All the tire shops I visited in Miami either didn't have the tires, had some cheap chinese alternatives, or had them at an unreasonable cost. I had kind of given up on the idea on new new tires, but then saw a Craigslist ad for Value Tire & Alignment. I gave them a call and not only did they have the tires I wanted, but they were much cheaper than I had planned on paying. The customer service was outstanding, Carlos was a true tire expert and completely understood what I needed. Another great thing about Value Tire is the tire installers are about as fast as a NASCAR pit crew, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. It was well worth the trip from Homestead. The latest being a Rover, drove off the breaks locked up, at first we thought it was their fault, we were not happy at all. I had the car towed back to their shop. They fixed the problem without any charge, turns out it is a factory defect. (I contacted the dealership, they verified) The owner and his brake man were excellent. Now my partner and my daughter both get tires and work done on their vehicles at Value Tire. When my daughter needed to buy a used mini-van she took it to them for an evaluation. I had to get a run flat tire fixed. I called Tire Kingdom and they told me run flats can't be fixed and they contained liquid?!? Thankfully I called Value Tire and they fixed the tire quickly and for an extremely reasonable price.
