When I asked for rabies vaccine, they tried to dismiss me and I insisted she had it done at this appointment. Overall was just disappointing and left me feeling uneasy.

My cat was sick and the ARL came by our apartment complex to give free check-ups and shots.They said he had Hyperthyrioidism. I am on a fixed income and theyi gave me a 250$ credit at this vet. I took him there and told them what the ARL vet said. They took him.Cleaned him up after puokping in hips carrier on the ridge over...and the carrier.....very nice of them. About 2 hours later they came out and said yep-Hyperthyroidism-that will be 400$....I choked!They never asked me if I could afford it...or told me what they were going to do.Not everybody keeps gold bars in their pockets.Let people know what needs to be done and what it costs-that's all. Luckily I keep a credit card on me for emergencies...so I had to pull it out. The medicin he gave me-25$ a vial for the reat of the cats life.I found it online for 11$.The blood test he said I had to have in 30-60 days to check his blood levels....he wants 122$.....and I can get it elswhere for 40$. I don't begrudge people making money....but I DON'T have it to hand out even if my cat is my ONLY friend.

Lucy had a small lump, behind her left front leg. We took her there for minor surgery to have it removed. Little did we know, they no longer have early morning surgery, as in the past..so Lucy, who gets anxiety, didn't have surgery till late morning..I get a call about 10:30 did I want the growth biopised, from an un-named employee at $200 cost..I am thinking small bump..no thanks, whoever it was hung up..11:45 no call from ANYONE how Lucy was. I called and they said she was done with surgery, but we couldn't get her till the vet called us..1:00 I called again..the vet was "in a meeting" and could not be disturbed..we could still not get Lucy..1:45 we came to pick up Lucy..the receptionist was totally snotty, said the vet's "meeting" could not be interrupted..she brought Lucy out, handed her over, and said you can take her outside now..No indication, if she needed pain meds. So at 2:45 I called again, and got a different employee who was nice..and said Lucy would be fine for the day with out pain killers..NOW it would be 4:30 to 5:30 before the vet called..$600 charge..The vet called at 5PM, and said that she could "watch" the patients while she was in this meeting to see that they weren't having problems...When we picked up Lucy..she had a VERY large incision on her side..NOW at 5:00 the vet tells me it was fibrous and that is why it was so large..YET SHE DID NOT PERSONALLY TELL ME THIS WHEN THEY CALLED ABOUT GETTING A BIOPSIE. at 10:30..some office worker did not explain it was worse than thought. WHEN DR BARBARA was Lucy's vet, if there was surgery, it would be early, they would call you when surgery was done, call you the next day or so, to see if the dog was ok..NONE of this now, plus doing surgery, and then scheduling a 2 hour meeting..instead of contacting people is not right..they might still be ok for routine check ups..but surgery, our experience was not good.

Seemed like it eWorld be a great place to go to for dog care. Searched vets and was impressed. Will be transferring care there when I get home from hospital. Nice to hear a person on the phone that sounds like she is smiling and happy to talk to you and answer your questions without sounding like a robot with no care. A place to go where you would feel like you and your pets matter.

Since ARL bought these clinics out it's really gone down hill. My dog desperately needs follow up care. But this clinic hasn't had walk in hours for two weeks. Just awful. Paying a little more on the front side will save you money since things will be done right from the beginning. It'll also save you some peace of mind. I'm at my wits end with worry for my pet, caring for him has been a full time job now & I'm stressed to the max. If anyone can recommend a local vet with reasonable rates, hollar.​

We waited maybe 30 seconds before we were taken to a room and met with a delightful, knowledgeable vet tech about 2 minutes later. She took Sadie's info and then they vet came in to do a full exam and had a treatment plan for where to go from there. The whole visit took maybe 45 minutes including X-rays. They were quick, thorough and reassuring. The Vet, vet tech, and front desk staff were all so incredibly kind in a moment of anxiety for me. I'm so thankful for them! The space was very clean and it was clear every member of the staff was incredibly knowledgeable on any issue that could come about with a pet. If you're in a moment of panic after your vet is closed, this is the place to go!

Our appointment was scheduled out few weeks and Everytime we drove by this place we notice no business or cars ever seem to be in the parking lot . We worried if their business was down and still wonder why we had to pay that deposit? We began to question the care our dog would receive if money up front was sole concern. I'm unsure if they actually offer value in their prices, which still seems really high. The staff there are always kind and professional. There seems to be high rate of turnover of the staff. They appear to have difficult and inefficient processes, perhaps that contributes to the turnover? One frustrating thing is there is not a phone line that goes directly to the clinic, but rather it is routed through a call center. I have my dogs groomed in the Petco, which is in the adjacent building and have yet to have Vetco be able to communicate to Petco that my dogs are fully vaccinated. Sometimes their printer is not working, this last visit I was told they are unable to email the records to Petco. At least the printer worked so I could walk through to the other side of the building and hand off the records myself.
