Clean lobby to wait in if you need to stay here while your vehicle is being serviced. Richard takes pride in his work, and he does a quality job. His prices are competitive. Well, I presume they are; I haven't been to another mechanic in years since I started using Crossroads all those years ago. I can go with a big list of things I think need to be done, and Richard will tell me which ones I don't need to do. Another mechanic would just do them all and also tell me I needed to change my cabin air filter and muffler fluid. If you have a Volkswagen, a Fiat or a Buick, you're out of luck. Crossroads specializes in Japanese vehicle repair. Richard is a Toyota specialist, and some of his staff are mavens with Subaru.

This is very helpful, like when I experienced a blown tire on the highway on a Sunday afternoon and got it fixed same day so it didn't disrupt my work week. When they are not swamped, I can ask technicians questions about my car or cars in general, which led me to keep all the cars I have had in tip top shape, increasing their longevity. This has helped me to save money by driving them longer. They are up front about repairs they won't do and will make good recommendations so your car gets the best care and this is so important! They haven't tried to upsell me on services I don't need or attempt jobs that require a specialist, which is common occurance for those finicky European imports.

After finishing work and paying 700 for the services, I found the brake noise was still persisting in the front. I originally asked them to replace the front brakes as they were still on warranty. Despite this notion they replaced just the rear brake pads and rotors. Also after further inspection, the rear rotors are completely rusted, while the front rotors which I've had for 4+ years are clean. If I'm going to be charged 700 to not fix the issue, I'd hope they at least issue me new equipment. Do not get service here.
