Although the tire shop didn't have the specific replacement tire we needed in stock (because it's new and not a tire they typically handle, the team went above and beyond to help us. They quickly and professionally got our spare tire on, free of charge, and were incredibly kind, helpful, and caring throughout the entire experience. In a stressful situation, their support made all the difference. You don't always expect this level of service and compassion when you're far from home, especially on a holiday weekend. They did a nice job of avoiding any damage to my expensive wheels, which I can't say has always been the case with other tire installers. I called the store and the manager Israr told me at Mavis, tire balancing is not included in the tire installation package. This is outrageous and I am not happy at all. When checking out, I asked him if tire balance is included in the installation package, and he said yes but now I got charged for it. I chose to shop with you guys because I can have the alignment done at the same time, but because of this charge, I will go back to Costco next time for my future tire purchase and service. Everything is included in the installation package there.

Second experience was a flat tire on my wife's car. Scheduled an appointment and took the car in. They called me to tell me they could not find the key for the wheel lock. I went over and looked myself only to agree that it was not there. They were very patient and had looked through the car very thoroughly for the key. We realized that when the car was as the dealer the last time they never returned the key. We went to the dealer to get a new key and get the old locks replaced. When I called Mavis Tire to ask if they could still repair the tire that day they say "sure, no problem". We took the car back and a few hours later picked up the car with the flat repaired.
