Weighs less than your mid to large SUVs. Last time my gf took her 2025 SUV they turned her away because they didn't know how to make it work with the electronic dipstick. This place is bad plenty of better places in the area stay away from "not so jiffy" lube.

He went above and beyond, calling around looking for a reasonably priced transmission and discussed options with me. Sadly, due to age and mileage of my car, plus the cost of another transmission, I realized it was time to let this car go. My bill was very reasonable and fair, and Tim and his staff did their best for me, for which I'm very grateful. My husband was impressed with their thoroughness, fairness, and clarity and is going to get his next car inspection done there.

However, I have had inspections done here and I have to say it's the best place in town to get an inspection. They go by appointment only, no drops ins. But I've never had to wait more than a couple days to get an appointment. When you show up you are promptly greeted and they immediately take your vehicle back. They have a really nice waiting area with a big couch, a table. After a few minutes someone in the back brings up your paperwork and by the time you're done paying they have your car waiting out front ready to go. Couldn't be any happier. Oh, and a tip: don't tear the barcode off of your registration...they scan that here. Only place I've ever been told, twice lol, to keep the barcode with the registration paper.

I'm normally at Fuquay tire by 0930 and everytime the regular "front office crew" is not there recently and there is a younger gentleman running the desk, I get told they can't get to me at all on Friday for the oil change. Well, that is ironic considering all the other times I am there with the same situations, they take the truck back and I'm home NLT 1 pm. I usually go local for the oil change and then support a local business or two, but this is the second time in 6 months the young gentleman told me he couldn't get to me. This time had a helper "girlfriend" behind the desk hanging out which I've never seen before either. This is just not like Fuquay tire and their normal level of service. I went somewhere else because it needed to be done but it has me questioning if every time I recommend this store if I'm now making a mistake.

So I searched about and found NTB stood for Now That's Business! Sorry, I failed at being funny too...moving on. Easy to find, nice and clean. A guy met me outside and shuffled me in to discuss my options. He recommended a different brand of tire widdershins to the dealer's, which were wearing down at 35k miles. I agreed, he quoted me at $1100, estimating 75k miles, alignment included, and I was off to relax in the waiting room. The chairs could be updated, but still not bad. It was roomy, with about five other customers milling about. I took a seat and played on my phone for an hour. What this scene severely lacks is something interesting, like background music. Nitpicking, though. That guy called me back to the register and I paid. What I appreciated most about him was his superb service. The gentleman was knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He even wiggled out a $50 discount for me. I mean...what a shame you other folks had bad times at this spot. I'd definitely return if I qualifying car needs. But okay, one thing I can complain about.
