The only place that is approved that sells Pennzoil isn't that close to my home and is inconvenient. If I'm 100% honest, I get tired of receiving nasty emails when I go to a place that is on an unapproved list just to get Pennzoil. With that being said, this location may have sealed the deal. VIOC was on top of it. First of all, they allowed me to stay in my car (1 star). They typically get me in and out within 15 minutes (2 star). Most of the employees are very courteous (3 star). Most importantly, they do not try to sell me unneeded maintenance. They follow the guidelines recommended by the manufacturer. I'm typically on top of my car maintenance, even if it is a fleet vehicle. I don't like being upsold when I know for a fact it doesn't need a replacement filter or another item. They didn't do that (4 star). The only reason I did not give them a fifth star is because they do not vacuum the vehicle or clean the windows. I am very pleased with the service I received at VIOC. At least in my fleet vehicle, I will keep coming back.

You assured me it was where it was before leaving. I trusted you. NEVER AGAIN. Then when I asked for documentation when we came back, they gave me someone else's information. Their name, address, phone number car information. So much for confidentiality. I will be sharing this experience EVERYWHERE possible to protect others from Valvoline everywhere. Billy is the manager and he lies. Terrible. We filed a claim and denied. Sad they don't stand behind their work. I'd give them a zero if I could. Friendly but unqualified people.

I'm able to take my car to them to be looked at. ____________________________________________________________ The service department is really going down hill. The last 4 times I have attempted to conduct some form of business with them I have always been told what they can't do to assist me. The latest issue has been with needing to get my vehicle checked out because it's having issues starting. My car is less than 2 yrs old and I bought is from Demontrond. I inquired about a loaner and appt for min 10/16/17. I understand there was a hurricane and y'all lost vehicles and are down to limited quantities. Guess what I lost one of my vehicles and am down to this one impala. So no I can't leave my car with you. Then I asked if there was a waitlist to be put on and the gentleman (if you can call him that) said I don't know when we will have any. I thought that was the point of a waitlist. To put it plainly I just don't feel valued as a customer. I understand there are limitations but what happened to creative thinking, attempting to solve the problem and wowing the customer. Not only have you lost my respect but you have also lost my future car purchases. I will be sure to let my friends, family and co-workers know as well. I don't want them to fall victim to bad service.

They supposedly checked the wiring harnesses and the electricals. After ONE FULL MONTH there at the dealership, I got it back with no fix. I didn't even get it home before the check lights and problems hit again. Turns out the harnesses, connectors, and ECM still had road dirt I simply wiped away with my finger. They didn't check anything and LIED TO ME about it. Service Manager (and fill-in GM) Ryan Pryor has ducked me and my calls for over two weeks now. I obviously paid for nothing and want my money back. You never have to worry about me coming back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY!!!
