I was greeted as a new customer, and everything was explained to me thoroughly about the general process. Tom was excellent, and managed my car. He was thorough in his explanations, answered all my questions, and even helped with two unrelated items without me having to ask at the end of my appointment: 1. Retightening my hood latch, and 2: resetting my oil change notification in my car, which prior places said would reset on its own, but never did. He even told me how I could do it myself in the future and showed me. Excellent customer service from Tom, and he is the reason I would come back!

Also got a state inspection which the technician actually ripped a piece of my CERAMIC tint off. I didn't give permission to do so, nor the ability to render it useless. They also use to clean your car and give you a wet wipe, in 2025 they just lie up charge and do the bare minimum. I will not be back. I can understand asking for permission or telling you at the shop but nobody said anything to me but my cars waiting outside with the rejected sticker. The manager even didn't care to find the original receipt I had to tell him twice the invoice number just to see my visit. He said the last time I came was 2024. This is crazy...

I'm not checked in and waiting for more than ten minutes when the front desk guy asks to speak with me outside. Proceeds to walk me to my car without saying anything while a few of the white mechanic guys are looking at me laughing to themselves. When we approach my car he says that they cannot service my vehicle because of a foul odor coming from my car. I take my dog on trails often and recently he rolled in some mud and got it in the backseat. I didn't think mud stains in the backseat would be an issue for service being done on the engine and headlights. I've taken it to a couple mechanics in the past couple months and none have had an issue when my dog dirties up the backseat from his trail hikes. I can understand it not being pleasant for the workers, but I would've cleaned it for them and rescheduled since it was such a big issue. Instead they didn't offer to reschedule and I just got laughed at, handed keys, and asked to leave. I wasn't even greeted when I first pulled into the garage. One of the white mechanic guys just stared at me and walked away as I was parking my vehicle. I had to walk inside before anybody spoke with me, and even then I wasn't greeted first, Given I haven't had this issue before, and the unwelcoming states and quietness I got before I even handed the keys over pulling in, they just didn't want to service my car because of personal prejudices. I'm always called ma'am and greeted when I first pull in and have no complaints from mechanics when I service my car at other places nearby. It's a shame because I had to miss work just to make this appointment. If you're reading this, I'd service your car elsewhere if you happen to have dogs/kids, or expect a simple greeting as you're pulling in.
