Always Fast, courteous and professional. They get you in and out. The only negative thing that I'd have to say is that they try and get you to do your preventive maintenance. They are not pushy or forceful about it. They just tell you what you have out there that needs to be done. If you want an oil change that is fast, professional and courteous,,, then this is the place to go. It may be a little pricey but everyone knows you get what you pay for. If you want it done cheaper, your gonna have to wait inside in an uncomfortable waiting room with other people. If I could give this place -100 reviews, I would we sat in the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes and no one said a word to us. I was with my wife and kept asking her to leave and of course she wouldn't and I don't blame her but still it was aggravating and hot. Then they took another 20 to 25 minutes to do the oil change and then they said pull around to the front. It will get your receipt while I sat there for another 10 to 15 minutes and finally told my wife I'm going in and he said nobody told him I was sitting right in front of his face. My granddaughter took her 2017 Chevy Malibu, with 55,000 miles on it, in there for an oil change and was taken advantage of. They charged her extra to do an analytical check, which it did not need, and then told her the coolant was low and it would cost $99 to service the system. When I looked at the reservoir for the engine coolant it took 2 oz. to get it to the fill line. Crooks!! read more

Great service! The tech, Donald, explained everything he was doing and even showed us how to change the air filter ourselves. He honored an old sign that they had up for a 24.99 oil change and had a great sense of humor about it as well. Each time they are about to start the work in the vehicle, they tell "show time!". I was at this store in august to get a oil change and safety inspection, i started leeking oil and when i checked the filter it was only on half way, costed me another filter and two quarts of oil, i tried getting up with corporate and no answer, will not be going back again read more

Destroyed my locking lug nut wrench and 4 of the locking lug nuts. Had to go to Dodge and get the last lug nut removed. Had to put on regular lug nuts and Valvoline took my purchase receipt and said they would reimburse me since they damaged my originals. Still have never received my money from them. This occurred on 9-25 and its now 11-18. Keep being told that the area manager has the receipt and it's going to take care of it but it's never happened read more

I have been coming here for years for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I sent my 17 year old daughter here to get her oil changed and a tire rotation because I was too busy to do it for her. I was very specific what I told her and she told them the same. Well 89.00 dollars later she left. Skylar took advantage of her lack of knowledge and charged 25.00 for a 10.00 air filter she did not need. I told her exactly what I wanted and I was on the phone when she told them the same. He led her to believe it was an oil filter. So beware of this place now. It's more important to take advantage of unsuspecting customers to make a few bucks rather than retain existing customers. I was greeted promptly and asked for a BASIC oil change. So far so good. When the manager came in upon completion to discuss payment he asked for an email address, I don't use one and he said THIS time he would give me a paper receipt but they were going paperless, then said he was out of paper in his printer when I questioned that. Then, I was quoted a price of $55. I said that was more than I had just paid last time. He said my big truck a 10-year-old Colorado needed 6 quarts but he would give me a five dollar discount. OK but it was all awkward. I pulled out and checked the receipt when I left . I turned around and went back. The comment section read"engine oil leak noted". I was also informed the information about my vehicle was uploaded to Carfax, obviously concerned as I plan to sell the truck soon. The woman who did the oil change, Marlena said she saw a small bit of oil but no leaking. I said I had never seen oil in the drive or in the garage and I was worried that she wrote this when it wasn't a problem. No explanation and no change. I would never go back here. It all felt like a scam and I was uncomfortable in every way. read more

They said I needed new windshield wiper blades. I had them install new blades which they sold me the wrong size blades which broke as soon as it was raining. They they refused to return my money I paid them. It took an auto parts store to install the right size. This place has the poorest customer service in town. read more
