I've been going here for with my Toyotas for about 10 years now and I've always had good experiences. They've always been quick, friendly, and systematic. You can definitely find a cheaper oil change elsewhere, but being able to simply drive up with no appointment and be out of there in 15 minutes is worth the few dollars more. I'm happy to pay for the convenience as it seems everywhere else you get a time and it turns out that is just your check-in time, not the service time. It's also nice that you can see if there's a line prior to pulling in. The only thing that makes me nervous is different employees each time. It'd be nice to see familiar faces to know they're experienced, but turnover seems to be everywhere nowadays. read more

After I had the oil changed he said they could not accept it because my car takes European oil. So I had to pay for the oil change after I paid for the Groupon. In and Out in 15 minutes while sitting comfortably in my own car and not having to be around people . I felt that this option was the best being in the Covid crisis. They were prepared and knowledgeable employees who shown me nothing but respect while I was there . Not selling me anything I didn't need and the prices were decent . You get what you pay for here 100% . They make sure all your lights are working outside like your blinkers ,etc. They had me impressed. I must say noone was there today so I dont know what its like if its busy ,but I recommend their services. They charged me $111.00 for full synthetic, almost double the price at the local shop, and they put the sticker for 3000 miles for next oil change which is deceitful. Also, they took the car that came after me while I was waiting with no apology or explanation. When I called their customer service they were very rude on the phone. If you look at their reviews online they seem to have lost a lot of customers and they don't seem to care. If I had known this in advance I wouldn't have gone there. read more

I go here for my oil changes it's close and they service my fleet vehicle. I have been here many times over the years, but this was the first time I have ever had to tell the tech what to do. I pull in and normally they do basic checks lights, wipers, tire pressure. This guy did none of those things. I told him specifically I needed an oil change and my tires checked. I may have paid a little more for services rendered here than I would have at my local mechanic (which included an oil change, air filter, flushing of cooling and power steering systems, a few other assorted odds and ends,) but the friendly, courteous, completely non-pushy but very informed staff made it worth the experience. Very kind people at this location. The gentlemen I dealt with showed me exactly what was on his screen as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer at the mileage I was at, and assured me it was the same as what's in my manual. Sure enough, I took it out and looked while they were working and he was telling the absolute truth. He didn't once try to push a sale on me. He even recommended AGAINST some services, where it would save me money. Also gave me BOGO offers as well as some extra discounts. Five star service, for sure. Also, something to mention - they check all of your caps and dipsticks and such before closing your hood by calling out each item as being properly closed or secured. Don't get me wrong, they love to sell you on stuff that may not need, just make sure you know what your car needs, not just what a computer tells them to sell you. Overpriced oil change but they're very visible and convenient for me. I get my Hyundai serviced here every 5-6k miles. They do a fair job in making you feel like valued customer, the location in Farmington offers coffee in the waiting room. This location wants you to wait in your car while you're serviced. I think you can get equivalent service elsewhere for half the cost but I have coupons here. Don't go here and pay retail, not worth it. I will say they seem honest and won't try to oversell you. They will tell you what they think you need but their recommendations are always a little too conservative. You do NOT need a change every 4k miles with synthetic blends. read more

This has been go to oil change stop since moving to the area. The staff are friendly and quick. I appreciate that they aren't overly pushy with their services. They don't have a waiting room so be prepared to be sitting in your car throughout the experience. I have been on days where 8 others have the same idea and other days when I am the only customer for the 10 minutes I am there. They also have a touch free car wash attached but haven't used it, and they don't seem to offer any BOGO deals with it. read more

One of my life's biggest dreads is waiting in some dirty waiting room awkwardly with other people while i wish that one person would turn off the sound on their on their phone. I've avoided this for a little while by bringing my car to a place where I have somewhere I can go close by while my car it's being worked on. But even that can get extremely boring. I drive by this place all the time and noticed the words "instant oil change" with the cars just lined up cruising in and out. I was intrigued. Most importantly, the building didn't look like it had the awkward waiting room. I cruised on down to get my oil change today and I couldn't have had a better experience. The employees were SUPER friendly and thorough and explained everything. They didn't try to up sell me at all, only made a few suggestions on things I should consider getting done in the near future. They did a complete inspection, and called out everything as they were doing it to make sure everything was done properly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and didn't even have to leave my car. I am definitely going to make this place my regular stop for oil changes. It is slightly more expensive than some other places, but my time and excellent customer service are worth more to me than a few dollars. read more

I've had issues with Valvoline in the past (2009). 2009 was the last time I went to Valvoline. This time (March 2014) I was too lazy to drive to the quick place I normally go to and I didn't have time to go to my repair place. I have had no issues so far. I have a 1997 Honda Accord with 315k miles. I got an oil change and that's it, nothing special, they drained the oil and put oil back in. So far it's stayed in the engine ( better than last time). It was expensive $40 for just and oil change. I probably won't go back because of the price. read more

I had to give this place one star in order to post! I went for a oil change. I got down the street and noticed my check engine light and 4 wheel drive warning lights on! Also that my car was not running right. So I went over a friends and had him look at it. He opened the hood and said well this is easy look at this! I could not believe my eyes a hose was disconnected. My friend connect the hose got in my car and the lights were off. The hose is not one that is easy to disconnect, it requires force. So I'm sure they just wanted me to come back in so that they could really rip me off. I'm tired of these kind of places that try to take advantage of women. Charged me $90 for 5 quarts of synthetic oil. Twice as much as a dealer charges, and when they tell you the price it's too late and they already drained out your old oil. I didn't bother asking before because who would think that it $90 for an oil change that I've had the same kind done at many other places for half the cost. I can't say enough great things about this oil change store! Our family has been bringing our five cars here for years and have always been treated terrific and the service has been great! Recently, my son had his oil changed there and a week or so later he heard knocking sounds from his engine. So I called Valvoline and spoke with Matt Farino, the manager. He was concerned so he drove two hours to where my son lives to personally check out the engine! He said he wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe. Apparently there was a problem with the oil filter. Matt changed the filter and added oil. The problem was solved! Even though there was another Valvoline a mile away, Matt wanted to personally make sure the problem was solved. We can't thank Matt enough for dropping what he was doing and driving two hours each way. He wanted us as customers to know he stands behind Valvoline's work!
