Excellent quick oil change place. Last time I went in for a synthetic oil change. it took less than 7 minutes to get me on the platform. They checked all lights ( headlights, brakes, backup etc ) and topped off all fluids. Unfortunately one of the techs broke the oil pan screw during the oil change and I was informed that I'd have to drive to a close mechanic for drilling and repair. Long story short, the manager followed me to the mechanic, gave me a ride home, picked me up and drove me back when finished AND ended up doing the oil change and repairs for FREE. They did the right thing and made a long time customer out of me. I'll definitely return ! read more

I pulled up and Kyle was outside, asked if I needed an oil change and directed me to pull into bay 1. The process of checking my oil, glove box air filter, engine air filter, changing my oil was all done by about 3-4 guys, like a pit crew! I remained in the car, there was information given, but they didn't push me into anything extra. It was all done within 10-15 minutes, then I was guided out of the bay. Had my truck's oil changed here. While their work is good, what needs to change is their insistence on the up-sell. I change my trick's oil every 2500 miles -- and I don't need or want the premium oil blend. My profile stipulates the lower of the oil-synthetic blends: my truck is worth taking good care of, but it's not a high-performance racing machine -- and there's no need to be putting the top-of-the-line lubricants into. So when the Valvoline employee asked me if I wanted to have the truck serviced as per the ongoing record's service history, that does not include unnecessarily adding $40+ to the bill for a premium synthetic oil. When I tell those who are ready to service the vehicle that it is going in for warranty service at my dealer, that means I intend that air filters, differential oils, brake fluid, etc, etc are going to be serviced by my dealer who works on hundreds of Dodge RAM trucks each week -- and not by some people that happen to be under pressure to sell me a lot of unnecessary, unneeded products. So when I have to tell the Valvoline employees the third or fourth time that my truck is going into the dealer for warranty service, they should probably take heed of the tactful suggestion to stop asking if they can "upsell" unwanted lubricants and services. And while I do appreciate the $5 discount given me as a veteran (Thank you), I lost approximately $41 for the top-shelf synthetic oil they put unnecessarily into my vehicle's engine. read more

I brought my car in for an oil change and left with two engine failure codes. It's driving completely differently, lurching and staggering through shifts. It was fine when I brought it in. I had them "re-check" everything, replace the oil / retrace their steps, and then they finally told me to take it to a full service mechanic and they would "Take care of" whatever that mechanic said was the issue, if the mechanic says they caused it. **Edit** - I replaced my own engine air filter, since they didn't have mine in stock, and saw that Valvoline *just left the MRF sensor plug just dangling there*, unattached. I reattached it, and the error messages went away, drives fine, but check engine light remains on. So, clearly when the manager "re-checked" the car, he also missed the dangling MRF sensor plug. Made three trips for a "instant oil change". First trip, five cars one employee, did not have an hour to spare, so I left. Second visit, computers were down will be "5 minutes", left to run an errand and came back. Third trip, 30 minute wait to get started. Coupon weirdness: I downloaded and printed a coupon from Valvoline and brought in my own oil. They balked at my using the coupon with my oil, which has never been an issue anywhere else I have had my oil changed. At first the issue was entering it into the computer and after that was solved they told me it was a one time accommodation and I would not be able to bring my own oil with a coupon in the future. They gave me this nonsensical explanation about how they made less money on the deal when I didn't buy their oil even though the oil was included in the price either way. They said that they never allow any coupons or discounts of any kind including military discounts when people bring their own oil. In the end I concluded that they just don't like honoring their company's coupons so much that they will refuse them. I wish they could just admit that instead of making up nonsense about how it costs more for them to use the customers oil. Clearly the only thing they lose in that case is the opportunity to upsell to higher grade oil but they couldn't admit that. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient, taking less time than dealing with the coupon. read more

They're 100% honest in what does not need change and what does and what is also coming due. I went there to get an oil change, within 3 weeks my alternator went out. Took it to two different mechanics, who told me who ever did the last oil change tore the valve on the dipstick causing an oil leak.y alternator went out from being oil logged. I called and made a claim, received a call back that they denied the claim without giving a reason. Was told the the marketing manager just decided not to approve it. This place is highly recommended. I was looking for a drive-thru oil change after an unpleasant experience at Findlay Toyota (they put 1 qt of oil instead of 5/6 quarts the last time I got an oil change there) and found this place. I was ably to witness for myself that they are really changing my oil and it's the right amount. They show you the before and after oil level. Everyone is nice, respectful, and professional. They also say out loud all the inspections that they're doing. I had 2 wiper blades with me that I bought from Costco when they were on sale, the staff here were more than happy to install them for me free of charge even though they sell their own wiper blades. I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. I will keep on coming and I have been telling my friends about this place.
