This place is great! I stopped in March 25th 2025 for an oil change. Johnnie (the manager) and his team worked - like a well oiled machine. It is an interactive experience as you stay in your vehicle the whole time. They ask you to put on your left turn signal, right turn signal, breaks, etc... I watched in disbelief as they removed my cabin filter from behind my glove box. I couldn't believe how filthy it was. I have trust issues so I might not have believed it came from my car if I wasn't sitting in the car and hadn't witnessed it with my own two eyes. Prices are reasonable and service is lightening quick. I highly recommend this place (especially if you have trust issues like me). Today, was my first visit here, but it won't be my last. read more

Came in for an oil change today @ 2:45pm. Employee was not friendly from the get go. First thing he said was "what do you need?" I responded with "hi, how are you?" Anyway, I was told computers were down so paper receipt and cash only. I said ok, no big deal I have cash. The guy took down my first name and started filling out the paperwork and then encouraged me to just leave because it was too much work to do it manually? Brought my car in for an oil change appointment they took 45 min took two people who pulled up after me first. I let the man know I was here way before the other people and it's way passed my appointment time. he ignored me, the other customer told him he should help me first. after I left every light on my dash board was on, airbag, servoce now, tire pressure, headlight and it was driving terrible. made an appt the next morning since they were closed. arrived at my appointment they told me my car will be fine till Monday and they don't have time to look at it. brought it in 7:00 Monday morning they had it all day, told me whoever did my oil change messed up the mass air flow which must have triggered all my other lights. drove the car home. the next morning it will not start. been on hold for an hour being transferred from rude person to rude person. nobody wants to help me or answer the phone. the only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. it's the worst experience I have ever had ! read more

I went here a few weeks ago, and I few things happened. 1. They took my Engine Air filter out of my car to tell me it needs replaced but they did not have it in stock, in my car it's not easy to get that thing out and they went through all that work just to show me and put it back in. 2. They "acted" like they took the measurements of my battery to check if it was good. They showed me a chart that stated my battery was still at the beginning of its life. Then 2 days later the battery died and I had to get a replacement battery. It would have been really convenient for me to actually know that the thing was going to die and I was going to need a new one. Just seems like they have all the tools to be just a little better but seems like they don't want to make the effort. read more

We went to Valvoline because of a Groupon and had the greatest time. Naomi and her team did a great job making us feel comfortable while also point out what needs/ didn't need to be replaced. We never felt pressured to buy something we didn't need to, and it was a great price. The team was very knowledgeable and very nice. Ok. Headlights on the drivers side of the old beater were not working. Naturally thought I had burnout bulbs. Valvoline typically is an easy place to get that done inexpensively. Figured Sunday morning would not be busy and was right. Pulled in the bay and popped the hood. Thirty seconds later I heard "the bulb was just loose". The kid waiting on me tightened the bulb. Working just fine. Then added my car does the same thing. A couple of laughs and I was out of there. No charge. read more

Something just not right. I used to go to Valvoline in CA and after trying the service for the first time at this Seminole location I had such a scary moment driving back. About half way going to my house I had to pull up my car because of a tremendous noise under my Civic. They did not close the metal plate to access the oil properly. The noise of a huge piece of metal dragging on the floor in plenty highway. Awful. $70 oil change for this?! Very disappointing. I won't come back ever again. Had absolutely zero issue with my car, there was no lights on before I went there and my car was working, after their techs put their hands on my vehicle for a simple battery replacement, they disconnected a wire and my car no longer works, after trying to fix the issue with no results they decided to tell me that the wire was already broken (which they have no proof of) and now my car does not turn on, or work at all. I just moved to the area and I can't believe this happened. If I had known that they don't know how to do a simple battery replacement I would've done it myself. Unbelievable. Now I have to find a way to get my car fixed being brand new to the area literally moved here 10 days ago. Tow truck driver who picked me up told me this wasn't his first time picking people up from this exact location for similar issues. read more

I have gone to different valvoline locations and have always had amazing experience. I just moved to the area so of course went to the local valvoline for a standard oil change and am left very disappointed by my experience. The manager suggested I change my battery, so I agreed. He struggled for almost an hour to replace the battery and mentioned I needed to replace the piece that holds the battery in place. He allowed me to drive away. The next time I went to start my car the battery was disconnected. I had to pay for ubers and road side assistance, costing almost $300 to get my car back to their location. Once I arrived his employee saw the status of the battery and mentioned the install was "embarrassing" and was over apologetic for how his manager allowed me to drive away with my car in such a state. The employee said they would refund me and called his manager to confirm. His manager stated they would only refund for the oil change but not the battery. My visit in total cost me almost $600 and I missed an entire day of work. I filed a claim with his employee and was told that someone would get back to me. The paper work was not submitted by the manager and upon me following up the next week I was told again that I would not receive a refund for the poor customer service and the loss I took from the result of the battery install. Not to mention the manager has refused to put me in connection with his boss. This is bad business. I do recommend valvoline but definitely not this location. I share all of this with love and light and effort to spread awareness of what is occurring in the operation of this business. Blessings to all. The interesting thing is that the manager pulled 'videos' and saw everything done correctly....but she looked and verified all in less than 5 minutes! My car went in for oil change. My daughter asked for cheapest service and they told her needs synthetic. She claims never told it was going to be $80 oil change so her expectation went from $30 to $80. Being a female student and thinking she needed a change, she went along with it, not happy with the price. Then they tell her she needs her next service in 3,000 miles for a synthetic oil change. Honda dealership states 7,500 miles or so before next change. Then they tell her transmission fluid change needed at 24,000 miles when she has 34,000 on odometer. Again, Honda dealer states around 75,000-100,000 miles before transmission fluid change. The manager claims it is the company's recommendations at these readings but customer has option to abide by whatever readings they want. They may be in the preventative maintenance business but these service recommendations seem ridiculous and a cash grab way ahead of necessity. I would recommend going somewhere else read more

Went in for oil change, they completed that. Only issue is about 3/4 of the way through I find out they are stripping the $*!? out of my skid plates doggy door. (The metal plate to access the oil pan) Manager tells me he can zip tie it back on l, a brand new Toyota Tacoma -- his solution is to zip tie the thing. I said no, so now here I am with a hunk of metal going home to do more work myself for a 100$ oil change. DO NOT use this location. Manager denied any sort of refund or anything to make it right. read more
