The mechanics were professional and fast. They double checked each other's work and were very efficient. I was impressed.

Beware! Particularly if you are a woman unfamiliar with all things mechanical such as differentials. They will not check lights, fluids, nor tire pressure unless you know the magic words to ask for them. They do not do much unless you know to say those magic words to get a proper lube, oil, and filter. Probably why other reviewers say they are quick. I can't imagine it being anything else given how the employees are very slow and lethargic. But they are great selling expensive filters. And good at making excuses why they fail at their jobs. Will NEVER be back nor do I recommend anyone else to frequent this business unless one likes paying for services NOT RENDERED! Oh, and to prove how awful the employees are at their jobs, I observed that an employee lost an oil dip stick down into a truck's engine. Poor guy with the truck had to wait AGAIN for the low-energy (un)tech to find it. Enough said. Yes and yes. Went back + talked to customer care. A BIG FAT NOTHING! I have been coming here for several years both for work and for my personal car. The location is convenient, and the service used to be excellent.... The last two times I have been in, they were out of the oil filter for my car. Both times they waited until after they had run their diagnostic and recommended all of their upsells to tell me. On my third visit, I asked them to skip their upsell, and just preform the oil change. They refused and told me yhey were graded on their "screen time" and had to preform the tests/ tell me what they recommended. When I asked them to stop, the young men in the shop were rude and dismissive. I'm not sure I will be bringing my work Truck or personal car back. read more

The worst experience, not worth the money or time to have them work on a vehicle. I drove my vehicle in and it had to be towed out 3 hours later! Didn't check essential fluids. More concerned with making a buck over customer satisfaction. The manager told employee to hand me a card of a repair shop that would "fix it in 15 minutes" where it would be "investigated" as to who is at fault, the customer or the shop. I drove it in, they put their hands on it and it had to be towed out. Manager claimed that fuel pump probably went out. The story continues and will update as I learn more as to what is wrong with the vehicle. read more

I recently got a groupon deal and decided to use this location to cash it in and get my oil changed during my lunch break. The guys greeted me and told me there would be about a 15 min wait. 90 minutes later, I found myself still waiting to pull into the dock because they couldn't figure out how to close the hood on the vehicle ahead of me. I was trapped between the car in the bay and about 10+ cars behind me. I was just wanting to get my oil changed with the Groupon. I had already paid for an oil change through the Groupon so it was frustrating when the man attempted to re-charge me for the oil change- not once, not twice, but about 15 times. I attempted to explain it to him, and he claimed to understand then continued to quote me the incorrect amount with the price of the oil change. It became evident he was trying to screw me over. I know car shops will try to get you to buy additional stuff, but this guy was pushy and seemed shady. I will NEVER go back. That guy was either an imbecile or a straight up scammer. Oh and they didn't even top off my windshield fluid or notice/point out that I had a brake light out. read more

UPDATE- contacted their customer service department as I was asked to, and was never responded to. Wish I could give zero stars. We took my car in to get a routine oil change here, there was no line and the staff was friendly. However, there was one guy who seemed new and struggled greatly with my air filter. I thought nothing of it, and went on with my day. About 20 miles later, my check engine light came on and car started acting up. A trip to autozone to see why the check engine light was on later, we found out that it was a breather hose issue. Breather hose is right next to the filter he had been struggling with, and knocked the hose loose in the process. To make an error like this is careless. Seems funny that I paid money to have them br my car. I won't be back. read more

Just wrote a review on Google reviews, but here's the gist. Nice people (sales act), but they aren't very knowledgeable about cars. They didn't see an obvious oil leak in my engine, and they misdiagnosed a rod-knock (obvious sound that even I diagnosed correctly) as a top-end problem. Also, they put in the BARE minimum of oil that my engine allows, not cool. read more

Yesterday I had the most curious oil fill. My car said 5w30 on the hood. So when the employee handed me the invoice that said 5w20 I said I want what the car says. Anyway, long story short my car is running rougher than usual. The manager called me to come back and get a free oil change but it's always so hard to return to something that did you wrong in the first place. read more

I have never used them before. Was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. There were cameras where you could watch them under the hood and under the car. They did NOT upsell to me. They went over the recommendations that the car manufacturer said. When I was unsure what I had already done, they printed out all the recommendations, what it would cost and approx wait time. They said check my list against the records I had at home and bring my vehicle in if I decide to do any of the services. The attendant let me know which services were important and which ones were not as critical so I could do them in the right order as I had time and money. read more

Don't be fooled by the rebranding from Oil Can Henry's. This Valvoline Oil Change shop is shady in its selling techniques. I had originally needed an oil change (brought in a $15 off coupon) but they ended up recommending a transmission fluid change. The gentlemen said that he could get me "15% of the total bill" -- I had assumed the $15 coupon had still been applied. After asking about it, he said "oh, no, that isn't applied." So I asked him to apply it in addition to the original discount he offered. He then told me the new cost. Something didn't seem right with it, so I asked about it. In a classic bait and switch, he took the $15 off coupon, but then only applied the 15% off to the transmission fluid change. Luckily I caught this. Wont be back again. read more

We had an exceptionally good experience here. Showed up with our 23' 1995 class a motor home. Just made it heightwise into the bay with the help of the staff. Everything was awkward and new to them. Its not like a car or newer vehicle. Things are in weird places! Took a bit of time, but we appreciated that as a sign of them getting unfamiliar things done right. Accepted our discount coupon no problem and did not try to upsell us anything. No hesitation fully recommending them for polite, friendly and competent service. read more

Terrible way to treat a customer. Showed up for an oil change today. They did not have a oilf filter for the Jeep. Instead of sending me on my way, they used me as a placeholder for the next car in line (behind the car in the next bay). I called them on it and instead of moving me along they continued to stall.
