Not only did the front desk person fail to provide a cost sheet (required by NJ consumer protections law) and then the mechanic broke my glovebox due to negligence by pulling it off the hinges too hard. The one manager who helped me is probably the only thing this location has going for it, they fixed the glove box for free but then broke the trunk lock switch in the glovebox making it impossible for me to get into my truck. There seems to be a general lack of care for your vehicle and a lack of double checking the work being done to your vehicle. I tried calling again, was told I would get a call back about the situation but never did. At this point I realized going through the headache and whatever they'll break next wasn't worth getting the part fixed by here again.

Hello I went to this…read morejiffy lube location 56 and had an issue. Long story short they kicked me out due to a so called leak and a so called grease on my belt. This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. I can try to understand his position but the way he did it was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location on rt 46 ever again. I just had an oil change and engine flush today and it was a way better and inexpensive experience compared to the frustration and disappointment of my visit to your establishment. In the very beginning the gentleman with the very long beard accepted my car and drove it into the bay asked me to wait inside and I sat down not saying one word. There was 3 people in the waiting area including myself , 2 women and me . Instead of speaking as a professional he spoke in a loud tone and said " I don't know you better go to a mechanic because i am not touching this. I have knowledge of cars and I asked "can you just change the oil"? He said "no" In Kearny auto spa they acknowledged me properly and professionally such a big difference from a small shop compared to a huge well know chain like Jiffy Lube. This won't affect you at all but I just wanted let you know what's going on in your place of business because as a business owner I would appreciate the same courtesy. She told me to come Sunday after 8 am to Pick it up but I had to drive it so computer registers it and come back on Friday. When I went to pick my car up with all paperwork such as insurance and registration and proof of title it was not there. The nice kid working in Sunday am said I'm sorry but we gave your paperwork to someone else. I said huh, that has all my info on it. I said is someone bringing it back. I called Pam 10 times and never responded or text me back to help solve it. I had to take the other guys paperwork and call him to see if he had my info. Needless to say they had his wrong number so I then had to find it on my own. I called the guy who took my info and asked if I can get it. The service station and Pam never called me to try to help or solve thier error. I won't be going there again with how careless they were. Anyone could have taken my info and car title.

I was waiting for my car and the manager and Dan came out and asked me if I was here for a top off or an oil change and I said an oil change and they honestly told me that I had 60% oil life remaining and that I really didn't need an oil change unless I wanted one. Nowadays, they're aren't too many places you can go where they're totally honest with you. They didn't have to tell me that they could've just changed my oil I am very impressed with this location and will continue to go there and Dan is always pleasant and accommodating.
