Was given the wrong key at first when leaving until they could find mine again. Was told management had a death in the family. While I empathize, is the shop not trained and staffed to handle a gap? I don't know why we continue to have problems with our tire stems, and the tire pressure monitoring…read moresystem that we have installed to be able to watch the tires while we're driving the RV, but it seems we have bad luck with the stems breaking. This time it was when we went through a car wash, go figure. Anyway, we called and they said to bring it on over and we had to wait about an hour before they had time to fix it, but they fixed it fairly quickly after that. The total was less than $20, so I am one happy camper at the moment that they were able to fix this and do so affordably as it has cost us much more other places we've had these replaced. This is a super busy location. They do have a small rating room for five or six people, including a TV to keep you busy if you don't have a phone. There is a coffee pot and water as well while you wait. They did have a battery on the counter with charging cables, but it didn't appear to work and I honestly didn't feel like bothering anybody about it. Bathroom was clean as well.

Fool me once...actually fool me three times…read more Last three times I have been to Best One on 62nd: 1. Key fab broken. No acknowledgment, just transfer of blame. Got down right nasty when questions were asked. 2. Drop car off for flat tire in the morning. No call on status. I had to initiate the call an hour before closing. Then when I arrive I'm told it only needed air. Next day tire pressure light on. I take it back in and after further investigation there was a nail still in the tire. 3. Catalytic converter was stolen as my car was on the lot over night. No "hey I'm sorry about that" or acknowledging that is a big deal. I was told it has happened multiple times in recent months. That didn't put me at ease either. The technician Keyshawn who works at this location has never been helpful and he comes across rude. His go to line is "we were about to call you." In the past year Ive never felt welcomed at this location by Keyshawn or felt that my car has been in good hands. I've been a loyal customer for 5 plus years; however the past year has been much different. I'm not sure what has changed but my trust has been lost in Best One.

I used to go here often but it had been a little over a year since my last visit. My observations…read morefrom this week were: 1.No one was wearing any semblance of a uniform and it wasn't apparent who worked there. 2. The customer lounge and restrooms are dirty and run down (also no working tv or wifi) 3. My tire pressure was not checked, no interior vacuum and no air freshener-despite them having put a checkmark in the box on the form that says it was completed. It's not a major issue, but don't claim you did something when you did not. 4. A large banner on the property states "We do tire rotations". I asked to have this done and was told they don't do them, the banner is old. In my opinion, the overall experience there is not what it used to be and could stand some improvement.
