I don't know why we continue to have problems with our tire stems, and the tire pressure monitoring system that we have installed to be able to watch the tires while we're driving the RV, but it seems we have bad luck with the stems breaking. This time it was when we went through a car wash, go figure. Anyway, we called and they said to bring it on over and we had to wait about an hour before they had time to fix it, but they fixed it fairly quickly after that. The total was less than $20, so I am one happy camper at the moment that they were able to fix this and do so affordably as it has cost us much more other places we've had these replaced. This is a super busy location. They do have a small rating room for five or six people, including a TV to keep you busy if you don't have a phone. There is a coffee pot and water as well while you wait. They did have a battery on the counter with charging cables, but it didn't appear to work and I honestly didn't feel like bothering anybody about it. Bathroom was clean as well. read more

Went in because I heard a noise, ended up needing my power steering pump and hose replaced. This is something that my warranty through Endurance covers (I have Secure Plus). In spite of the fact that I took my car in early Friday morning, no call was made to Endurance on Friday, because staff continually insisted that Endurance would not cover the repair. After calling Endurance to confirm that the repair would be covered, staff finally agreed to make the call the get the repair authorized, but only after it was too late to make the call on Friday. Endurance customer service is not open on weekends, so the call was delayed until Monday. I did not get my car back until Tuesday morning, and in spite of the delay and inconvenience to myself and my family, no apology was offered. In general my experience with this Firestone has been you're in good hands if the manager is taking care of you directly, but otherwise service is poor. read more

They are very competent, very knowledgeable, and very cost transparent. They are also very friendly and have road tested the car after installation of needed repairs and parts. We will always use Firestone from now on. After taking our car to the Chevy dealer and being told it was a 3k fix to then be bargained down to "well we could do it for $2500" .. we got a second opinion at Firestone . $600 later the car was working . Not only did Firestone give us the real truth they called back to say they review their paperwork regularly and had accidentally charged us for something that wasn't done to the vehicle. They refunded us the difference referencing their faith and diligence to honestly. I respect that and will return here in the future for all our car needs! read more

My husband's car had become badly neglected sitting idle during the pandemic. We were able to get her battery running again but she was leaking brake fluid. She had been faithful even after 250000 miles, so we had to get her back on the roads. Firestone is relatively new and nearby. They offer full service and we have used them for a variety of repairs. We called. They were able to work our car in on short notice, even during the holidays. They offer no contact drop off. They analyzed the car and called us to explain. They were able to identify a couple of issues and gave us options, considering she was an older car. We approved the repairs and they were able to fix her in 24 hours (on a Saturday). They had her back on her feet and running like a new car. Pick up was not contactless. We had to go into the office but the clerks were wearing masks and check out was quick. We'd go baKe to Firestone and recommend for service. read more

I was traveling through Indianapolis on a Saturday evening, and my car broke down on the interstate 20 miles out of town. It was a terrible hassle. Firestone was the only place I could find that was open Sunday, so I had my Armada towed there crossing my fingers that they could complete the repair. I spoke to Heath and he was able to squeeze me in early in the morning to complete the repair (bad alternator and battery). I've been taking my car to this location for years, and I've always received really great customer service. They are always super friendly, professional and helpful. There have been snags in the past, but they quickly got this issue repaired, and discounted my bill for the trouble. I had to bring my car in for a sudden flat tire a couple of months ago, and even though they were super busy, then got me in and out, that day, in a couple of hours! I keep an eye out for their sales and coupons, which helps. I would definitely recommend this location! read more

Don't waste your time. I drove to Zville Firestone this morning (10/20/21) to drop off 4 wheels & tires for mounting & balancing. The lobby was empty with nobody working the desk. A person was at the garage desk on the phone - he seemed to be laughing it up with someone. He knew I was waiting but didn't bother to say "be with you in a minute." Waited a few minutes and got the idea that this place doesn't deserve my business. read more

Firestone wanted to charge me close to $500 for spark plugs, windshield wiper, a new cabin filter, and recharging my AC. The labor ended up costing more than the parts themselves, if not of equal value. The service was alright, I just think they were trying to charge me more because I'm a woman. I do not recommend paying twice as much for service that's not worth it. I took my car to Zionsville Auto Service, and they only charged me $181 for all the previously mentioned services. read more

Only bring your vehicle here if you want substandard service. Where do I even start! Employees can't or don't want to do their jobs. Hard to take, and won't be back. I drive a company car, managed/owned by Wheels. I brought it in for in for an oil change in November. After receiving a notice from the fleet administrator I needed to add Diesel Exhaust Fluid I stopped in to see if that was something they could do and was told of course!! I gave the bearded guy my info so they could order the parts ahead of time, and I left. So when I showed up for my appointment, the guy told me he doesn't do Diesels. I'm sorry, what? After stopping in to make sure you can do what I need, you are denying me service? Unacceptable and unethical. I will not be back and cannot recommend Firestone on Michigan in Zionsville. I called Wheels to report this place (they had numerous other complaints from what the Wheels guy told me) and was able get a more reputable establishment added to my service plan so I can get quality and reliable service. read more

The online scheduling is misleading. I applied for two open slots and was called with two completely different times several hours later. Why make the time slots available for selection on the website if they are not available at the store? The service at the store was excellent. Everyone I talked to was polite and enthusiastic. Not going back...it was a frustrating experience. The main things I needed fixed came back worse than before, or totally unchanged. After $600 and an assurance that the problem had been solved, the shaking at high speeds was totally unimproved. I learned that they arent allowed to test drive a car above 50 mph, so they couldnt even check to see if they had improved the shaking. They hadnt. My tires had slow leaks due to rough edges on the rims not sealing well, which they said they could help with. They said they cleaned the rims, but they didnt apply bead sealer, so the leaking was much worse when they had finished. The "fix a flat" foam I had used beforehand worked much better than what Firestone did. The car interior was filthy when I got it back. Black smudges all over the steering wheel, door handle and carpet. They created a new problem, which was an obvious "wunk wunk" sound coming from a wheel. It wasnt drivable. They blamed it on me, but then fixed it only after I raised Cain. They told me I needed new brakes on all four wheels, not knowing that I had had new brake pads installed on two wheels 2 weeks earlier. I might buy tires from them in the future, but nothing else. read more

Had an appointment 3 weeks ago for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Made the appointment via their app. They call the day of the appointment and say they can't honor the appointment and couldn't service for several days. I called back today to see if I could drop it off and pick up next day for same said service. They said it would be at least 5 days out before they could do anything. An oil change and a tire rotation shouldn't be this difficult. I've been bringing my two cars to this store for 4 years. Satisfaction has gone way down. read more

We have used this Firestone for all of our oil change and light mechanical work for the last couple of years. Service and pricing has been OK. Today I send my wife in as I had noticed a small screw in her tire. Should have been an easy plug. She put me on with the service consultant who told me that the screw was too close to the edge of the tire to plug. OK maybe (it is a couple of treds away from the sidewall). He then proceeded to tell me that because the vehicle was 4wheel drive it would need 4 tires not one, (tires on this car are $250 a piece) complete horse crap. I thanked him and told my wife to bring the car home and I would deal with it. Apparently the consultant and the manager continued to try and close my wife, to the point of saying " I WOULD NOT DRIVE MY FAMILY AROUND IN THIS CAR". Really? They started with a $9.99 AC Performance check and determined that the problem was a faulty relay, which was repaired for $15.99. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating.
