Long wait times. 5-6 people running around but it seems like they can only work on one car at a time. About twenty minutes before before I could even pull in. Twenty minutes before they even started on my car. Twenty minutes or so to do all the work. Even after telling him no extra services, just the oil change they still kept asking about different filters and wipers and tire rotations. If they had got me in there quick, I might've considered it but I can't spend my whole afternoon there. Staff was friendly, but again, didn't listen when I kept repeating oil change only no extras. read more

Very poor, dishonest service. Broke bolt on skid plate, said nothing to me. Two bolts on tight, one very loose and one broken. Put broken bolt on floor in front of tire and I drove over it when exiting as directed. Got a flat tire hours later and had to have tire repaired. Communication with the company has not been great so far. I don't trust them to service my vehicles. read more

Twice over the past year I have been told that I have a brake light out and refused to have it replaced by them. Miraculously, both times the brake light was fine upon getting home. Destroyed my oil pan by cross-threading the drain plug. After a lengthy claims process, they determined that they would only cover a fraction of the repair cost. If they can't replace a drain plug without destroying the oil pan, they should not be in the business of performing oil changes. Stay away! read more

I've been going to a valvoline oil change for several years. Both cars. Today they failed to mention a big oil leak under my car, but felt compelled to pump 5 quarts in anyway. Went to get car inspected and found a huge puddle under the car and the oil light on. Went back. They admitted knowing about the oil leak. They said they told me, which was bull shit. If they had told me I would not have done the oil change and would have gone straight to my mechanic. I guess they wanted to make their numbers for the day. And they wouldn't refund my money. I'll be calling the bank to file a dispute and valvoline will never see my business again. read more

My issue, after spending over $100 for an oil change can you please fill up my windshield washer fluid?? I went in on almost empty - now I am legit empty. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. We have a 2015 Honda with less than 20,000 miles on it. The car is in nearly perfect condition and has never had any problems. Went here for an oil change and they only put in 2 of the 5 screws that held the skid plate on, covering the oil pan/filter. I only noticed this when I was half way to Tennessee on vacation, and the skid plate ripped out from underneath the car at 70mph. Luckily no one was behind me or this place would've been paying a hefty bill. I pulled over on the highway, grabbed the skid plate, got back in my car and immediately called this place. The manager, Mike, tried to play it off like he didn't recall our car coming through for an oil change the day before, so of course it couldn't have been his fault. I told him I had the receipt and that I'd be in as soon as I was home from vacation for them to replace a NEW skid plate at their cost (as this one obviously shattered), as soon as I was home from vacation. Well, over a month later, I finally got the new skid plate put on yesterday. This place is filled with felons and high school dropouts who don't understand basic parts of basic vehicles. The staff lacks customer service and should be replaced as soon as possible. Will never return here, or any other valvoline, after this experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

Beware! If you have a high end vehicle, DO NOT bring your vehicle to Valvoline for an oil change. Employee slammed my car hood down which caused the hood ajar light to come on, which affected my being able to auto start my car. Keep in mind with the hood fully closed. All of that being said it was costly to have it fixed, money I did not have to spend. It's a shame you bring your vehicle in for a simple service to have your vehicle purposely mistreated. They gave me an oil change, but forgot to put the oil in the car. I realized when I was nearly home and my oil light went on that something was wrong. When I got back to Valvoline they looked in and realized that they had drained the oil, but forgot to put the new stuff in that they charged me for. Now, we have been trying to work with them to have our engine diagnosed to see if there was damage, but it has been a nightmare trying to go through their customer service. They have issued a refund for the missing oil change, but they are definitely trying to avoid taking responsibility for the possible damage caused to our engine from NOT PUTTING THE OIL IN. They told us that if we have any other mechanic check out the engine, they would not take responsibility for it because that other mechanic could have damaged it. But, they keep putting us off to have their people look at it. Are we suppose to get a lawyer? Over an oil change? Honestly, bring on the robot work force. read more

I went to get my oil changed and I was in the Bay for quite some time I could feel them muscling around underneath the vehicle and asked why it was taking so long ,all they said was no problem sir we'll have you out of here in a minute. My vehicle was scheduled for service at Honda the very next day. Upon inspection they found out that Val voline Stripped out my drain plug and put an aftermarket in which was leaking. I file the complaint and brought it back they told me since Honda dealer looked at it they would not fix it unless I signed a release waiver. I got upset and told them that is a terrible way to do business and they called the police I left without any resolution do not bring your vehicle to these monkeys. read more

Went ther for a tire rotation. Got on the highway later that day on my way to work and the whole car and steering wheel started shaking. Pull over in the breakdown lane to find that my lug nuts on two of my tires aren't tightened all the way and the other tire has lug nuts that had been completely stripped. My car is fairly new 2017. I called and the manager fixed the situation which I appreciate, but this should never have happened at all. They should never allow inexperienced people do tire rotations, it could ended very differently. read more

I would not recommend using this service. Brought my wife's car in for oil change the oil filter never got replaced properly. Started leaking oil and eventually oil started spraying ever where on her way to work. Got it to the dealer just in time. They told me the oil filter was almost off. I bought a new car one year ago, but have not used it as much as I thought I would (just over 1000 miles, actually!). But because it was a year, I thought I would get an oil change (not much of an expense, anyway). So I pulled in, told them my mileage and they checked my oil. Dong told me that I did not need an oil change and then asked if he should check my tires and my fluids. He did this for free and then cheerfully sent me on my way. This was stunningly nice. The second time I consider it sloppy work and failure to pay attention to details! What else are they forgetting to do? Change oil or filter or what have you? I do not want to find out the hard way. 2016 Hyundai Elantra- went for an oil change and had to go back in twice because they didn't screw on the skid plate correctly. I was driving in the highway and heard scraping under the car. That was after first re-visit. Same problem again when I was parking in my driveway, the scraping sound is there again because of the same skid plate problem.
