Last night I went to jiffy lube for the first time, I had the pleasure of being helped by Kevin. Who has to be the funniest guy I've met while doing anything remotely car related. He explained the whole process to me, I sat down in a warm and comfortable waiting room while my oil was being changed. I have such bad anxiety being away from my possessions while someone is in it (home, car, anything) due to having things stolen out of my home and car, but the huge window allowed me to feel more at ease being able to see what was going on. Kevin came to me maybe 10 minutes later and asked me if I wanted to play a game, he was exchanging coins for dollar bills. To my surprise Kevin had cleaned my entire floor (and you know how a girls car can get haha) and put all my things that weren't trash on top of my seats. THANK YOU KEVIN !!! When my car was done Kevin and Nathan explained to me the perks of getting a oil change, of any service at jiffy lube. I might never go anywhere else ! I came in separately with two cars for oil changes. For the first car, they gave good service walking me through the various services due for my mileage and explaining the options without pressuring me to decide on anything immediately. I got the oil change I wanted and was in and out within 10 minutes. With the second car, they suggested I actually forego the oil change I came in for because my oil pan was leaking and needed repairs, and I'd just be wasting money to pay for an oil change in the current state. No charge for their time, and they even surprised me with a complimentary quart of oil to help in the meantime before I could get the repair done. read more

It was quick and easy. Manager (?) Or whoever the person that cashed me out was super helpful. Immediately awknowledged me when I walked up and took me in right away. He said it was gonna be a 45 min wait time (there were other people in front of people) but it was easily 15 minutes that I was in and out. He explained he wants people to be in and out and go about their day which I APPRECIATE. Its my birthday and the last thing I wanna be doing is waiting around for an oil change. I visited the Jiffy Lube on Rte 9 in Shrewsbury on 1/19/22. Miranda was pleasant, professional and very informed about recommendations to my vehicle. She took the time to explain what was needed and helped me to prioritize the work needed on my vehicle. While Jiffy Lube's policy is to have their customers stay in their vehicle, she allowed me to exit to let my puppy take care of his business while she and her associates worked diligently on my car. Yesterday I went into this Jiffy Lube and was more than pleased with the help I received. The manager John was very nice and so helpful. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes in the area and won't go to anyone other one than this one. My cousin referred me here after her great experience with the costumer service she received from John. I came to replace a dead bulb in my headlight and an employee came out as soon as I drove in and led me to the waiting room where I then gave my information. The employees were so pleasant and made it a comfortable environment with jokes. After giving my address, I was asked if I go to school and was told that I get a 20% discount for being a student! As soon as I was done paying, my car was done! It was a happy whirlwind and they did a great job! read more

The service was incredible. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand and helped me save money. I'm used to people trying to swindle me when it comes to my car but they actually told me I didn't need some of the services I had requested and looked over some extra things for free. Excellent service! I've been coming to this Jiffy lube for the past two years for oil changes. Attendants are professional and knowledgeable. They make sure to let you know what they are doing through out the entire visit. Being a female I always worry about going into auto places but I was assisted by Mike and Nathan and they made sure my service was excellent. I've been in a few times for oil changes here in the past with no issues, but let me tell you this new employee or manager there is clearly all about the sale and pressure. What happened to customer service? They used to walk me in and out, now it's just another place to get you're money at all costs. I won't be back that's for sure. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I had used jiffy Lube previously and will again. The only reason I wasn't using them was because I had a new vehicle and it was still receiving benefits from Toyota, but that ended so as long as I own this vehicle i'll use jiffy Lube.
