Normally when I come here I get a great experience, but this time around was terrible. I waited an hour to get my oil changed which is kind of understandable on a weekend. What is not acceptable is the fact that when I went to drive to work the bottom of my car literally started dragging on the ground. They didn't even screw in the skid plate when they changed my oil. I think this is a fantastic place to get your oil changed. I have brought both our cars here and have gotten fantastic service from Marco, Carol and Alister. They were quick to get me in and out. They also were able to give me recommendations for honest mechanics. I never felt pressured to purchase things I did not need and they were honest with the condition of my cars. I have cars with high mileage and that are older often putting me in scenarios where I am taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge, that was not the case here! read more

I've been a loyal customer for years now, but this last visit was the final one for me. The staff was helpful and friendly as usual. I got an oil change, an air filter change and a couple of replacement light bulbs. An hour later, as I left to pick up my son from school, I drove about a block until I noticed a message popped up which said high temperature, pull over, to which I did. It turned out whoever filled my coolant failed to properly seal the cap, which caused the coolant to spill and overheat. I was stranded and was not able to pick up my child and lost part of the day's work. It's a careless mistake that I will not take a chance on again. read more

Whatever you do, do not come here. Took me 2 and a half hours to get an oil change on my BMW. Second time this has happened. Thought they'd do better this time, I was wrong. Horrible, overpriced service. People were very freindly... as they kept alerting you of delay after delay. Go somehwere else. read more

We stopped in for an inspection and got the rear wiper blade replaced and the tech lost the cover to the bolt on the rear wiper blade. They said they ordered a replacement and it's been over 2 weeks ago. We've call several dealerships in the area and they said it's in stock. Still Valonline management has not replaced what they promised. They expect customers to pay for their employees mistakes/ignorance. read more

Came here 2 x's in last week to get state inspection and their machine was down. It's the last Friday of the month and I came today to get this completed and their inspection tech is off today. Very disappointed. BTW when you call their number it goes to an answering service that cannot verify any details, as I called before driving here. read more

Tried coming here twice for an inspection. The first time in combination with an oil change. That day they couldn't do it because "their internet was down". Fast forward two weeks to today. Came as a drive up for my state inspection and they had it completed within 10 mins, I didn't even get out of my car, great fast service

I will not go back to this location. The staff was friendly but did not listen well. When my oil change was completed they showed me the dipstick. It was 1/4 quart low. I mentioned that it was not full. The person told me that it only had to be between the two hash marks. The lower hash mark indicates 1 quart low. I have never got an oil change in which I was showed a dipstick anything other than full. For a $91 synthetic oil change it should be full. I did not argue with the young man. I stopped at an auto parts store and purchased 1 quart of synthetic oil and topped it off. read more

I needed an oil change and this is my first time and the impression they left me with, they did not take care of me right away I was asked to wait behind another vehicle getting an oil change while the other station was open the workers are talking, goofing off, a vehicle drives up he gets serviced leaves all while I'm still waiting I finally pull in and the guy Jets away phone call I'm guessing and everyone else just looks at me and then go back to goofing off and playing, guy finally returns I finally get service I'm asked to turn my car off but was not told or offered to sit in the ac in the customer waiting area that I see the gentleman before me was offered, while I'm waiting in my hot car, I hear the guy whom changes the air filter talking about having fun and he mentions this fake crack he likes to do, wow right I dunno but this place was unprofessional read more

i drive a 2013 infinite i am the original owne. have rookies working on there cars. they pulled the covers off the motor to get to the fluid area's to change them and broke the clips that holds the lids on. the manager show me that they were broke and he took it to his manager who made all kinds of excuses why it wasn't their faul. that's fine because it wasn't major, but I will never use Valvoline's services again. my advice go to the other new ones in that area. read more
