Been going there for almost 40-years so for the most part, I've been satisfied. However, in the last three years, I've noticed a drop in the quality of service and the people that worked there. On one occasion, the service tech used a pride device and broke my air cleaner cover, and the air cleaner housing fastening point. the guy did it right in front of me and the manager. I have been getting oil changes at Valvoline for years now, but this was my first time visiting this particular location. I have always had good experiences (it's why I keep returning to Valvoline) and today was no exception. When I pulled in around 11:20, I was immediately directed to wait behind one of the bays (all were currently occupied) so it was nice to know which one to go to. The staff was quick and I was not pressured to get any additional maintenance or products or air filters...etc (you know how these place can be, ha!... but not here!). Before I knew it my oil change was complete and I was driving off 25 minutes after I arrived (my oil change took probably 15 minutes). With covid regulations I was able to stay put in my car the entire time. I'd recommend this Valvoline for quick oil changes on the go! read more

Was a customer for many years . The service has gone down . A surly female and a crew that doesn't perform their jobs completely . Checklist is just a joke when crew just follows down the list without actually checking the items . I'm done . read more

I get my oil changed here. So far i have had positive experiences. They are typically fast, efficient and professional. These guys are now my go to for my oil changes. I will go back and i suggest this place to others. read more

I called the store to see if my RV would fit and how much$. Was quoted $48. for a Synthetic Blend oil change plus 1 extra qt. I found a $10. off coupon so good to go! Got right in but was told price is $101 :( Good old bait and switch.. was told they didn't have Synthetic Blend in a hose! My oil filler is up high but I've always got quarts in it no problem. Relatively quick to attend, even when there is a line (which is rare). Their service is quick when it comes to oil changes. This is my go to place for all my vehicles. Prices are great. I cannot speak on their other services, but I would imagine it is just as efficient and reasonably priced as getting an oil change. read more

Pulled in to get my fathers car serviced. There was a car in the bay ahead of me, so there was a slight wait. No acknowledgement from staff I was there. The car in front of me left after about 10 minutes. Technician had me pull my car forward into bay. Told CSR that I just needed oil change and tire pressure adjusted(the TPMS was telling me a tire/s was low). Tech checked my air filter, checked my tire pressure, but I did not see him put any air in. Tech did oil change, but seemed to be distracted in helping another tech with another customer. Before I left I asked if he checked my tires, he says my tires are OK. So I left. I still noticed the TPMS light still on. I know in my personnel vehicle it takes a couple of cycles to turn off, so I went about my day, which include several stops. The next day I drove the vehicle again and notice the TPMS light still on, stopped by a tire shop to have them check, 3 of my tires were a little low and 1 tire was low enough to trigger the TPMS. Filled tires and like magic the TPMS light was no longer illuminated. Would I use this place again, I don't know, if I was in a hurry and just needed an oil change, maybe. As far as price, it was OK, comparable to other places. I have a couple of suggestions for the owner/manager: 1. Acknowledge customers when they pull up, just a hi or a wave is all it takes. It makes the customer feel like they matter. 2. Get an ashtray. The lot has a bunch of butts. Put an ash tray by the outside bench or by the west side chain link fence. read more

I would not ever go back a year ago when I went. They were great. This time they really did bad job. I guess because I am female they think I am stupid. Went to have oil change and radiator flushed. I was there like 20 mins and they where done. They have magic we're you can do anything to a hot cooling system. They also said all fluid where good. Sorry wiper fluid has hole nothing in it. Stated all tires at 35 wrong again 4 months ago tired to get them all to 32 got 3 of them the other to 31. On way home car started to over heat . Next day you could hear the air in system. Car is now parked. I posted on their site. Owner only comment on the good reviews they get. So beware read more

I wanted to post this review since the only other one at the time is negative because of a ridiculous reason. I went to get the oil change which I usually let my husband take care of because I always feel pressured to buy other things etc, but this place was great. The oil change was so fast, and I was not pressured into buying stuff I didn't need. They did tell me that 2 of my tires were low on air (filled them no charge) and let me know one of the air filters was dirty. Everyone was very kind and I had no issues here at all, I even told my husband I'll do the oil change more since I wasn't uncomfortable this experience! read more

I usually LOVE valvoline. It's the only place I go to in San Diego, well out here I presented them with my 7 dollar off coupon that I get in my email and this guy says we don't take the ones off line. ??? I was like how does valvoline not take valvoline coupons? But San Diego does? He said. "We just don't have a way to verify it the best I can give you is 4 dollars" Looks like I'll be going to jiffy, using my coupon and getting a free car wash. read more

I went over to this Valvoline yesterday and was in line behind one vehicle. Another vehicle came up behind me, so there were three of us waiting for the next available bay. this old entitled jerk from Florida, pulled in and pulled right up to the next bay and sat there waiting. The woman behind me who walked with a cane, walked over to this man, and he was rude to her when she said there were three ahead of him. I walked up to the guys that worked there and pointed out that there were three vehicles waiting ahead of this guy, and they assured me that they look to see who was next. As soon as the vehicle pulled out of the bay. The old guy from Florida pulled in. I pulled my car up and jumped out and said that they were three other people waiting. He said it looked like that we were out there, talking, which was ridiculous. Instead of having this guy pull back out, they went ahead and let him in, so I just said you just lost my business. The woman that was behind me also left. Whoever is in charge of the station, these people that work there need to be trained properly. I will never go back to that Valvoline. I've always been very faithful to Valvoline, but never again. read more
